[Industrial Application Field] The present invention relates to a wall covering sheet. More specifically, the present invention relates to a flame-retardant wall covering sheet having an uneven pattern. The wall covering sheet of the present invention is mainly used as an interior material for buildings, but it can also be used as a covering material for furniture, interior decoration, etc. [Conventional technology] Conventionally, as a typical wall covering material made of organic matter,
Wall covering materials made of thermoplastic vinyl chloride sheets lined with flame-retardant paper are known. [Problems to be solved by the invention] Conventional vinyl chloride wall covering materials have various drawbacks as listed below. For example, vinyl chloride wall coverings are heavy, have low work efficiency when manually installed as wall coverings such as wallpaper, and can cause back pain for workers. That is, it is desired that the weight of wall covering sheets be reduced. In addition, although wall covering sheets are desired to be flame retardant and reduce toxic gases generated during combustion, vinyl chloride wall coverings emit halogen (chlorine), which has a pungent odor when burned (in the event of a fire, etc.). Generates large amounts of gas. In addition, vinyl chloride wall coverings may cause stains (adhesion) on the surface,
The problem is that it gets dirty easily and cannot be wiped off. Furthermore, when wiping with an organic solvent or the like to remove stains, printing and coloring may fade. That is, there are problems with solvent resistance and abrasion resistance. PVC wall coverings also have problems with dimensional stability, tend to shrink and deform at room temperature, and create gaps after being pasted. The present invention is a novel wall covering sheet that solves these problems. [Means for Solving the Problems] The wall covering sheet of the present invention is composed of a laminate of a polyphenylene sulfide film A and a stretched film B made of a synthetic resin containing a filler and having voids around the filler, and at least The film A is characterized by having an uneven pattern on its surface. Film A constituting the wall covering sheet of the present invention
is a polyphenylene sulfide film, which is a film containing polyphenylene sulfide as a main component. Polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) has the structural formula

Example 1 Polypropylene with an MI (melt index, based on ASTM D 1238) of 1.0 containing 20% by weight of calcium carbonate with a particle size of 1.7 μm was melt-extruded to form a film, which was 3.5 times larger in the longitudinal direction and 7.0 times larger in the transverse direction. Sequentially biaxially stretched, then heat set, void rate 32%,
A stretched film with a thickness of 80 μm was obtained. A transparent 25 μm polyphenylene sulfide film (Torayina type #2000 manufactured by Toray Industries, Inc.) was applied to this stretched film using a polyurethane adhesive (“Seikabond” E260/C26 manufactured by Dainichiseika Chemical Co., Ltd.). A laminate of a polyphenylene sulfide film and a stretched film having voids was obtained by laminating them. This laminate was wrinkled using a clamping machine manufactured by Yamasa Giken Co., Ltd. at room temperature and at a rate of 0.5 m/min. The obtained wall covering sheet had a clear wrinkle pattern. Comparative Example 1 Polyphenylene sulfide film (Toray Industries, Inc.)
"TORELINA" type #2000) was wrinkled under the same conditions as in Example 1. When polyphenylene sulfide film was used alone, almost no wrinkle pattern was formed. Example 2 A laminate of the polyphenylene sulfide film obtained in Example 1 and a stretched film with voids was bonded with polyurethane-based flame retardant paper containing commercially available aluminum hydroxide to the surface of the stretched film with voids. Agent (“Seikabond” manufactured by Dainichiseika Kagyo Co., Ltd.)
Laminated with E260/C26). This laminate was wrinkled under the same conditions as in Example 1. The obtained wall covering sheet has a clear wrinkle pattern, is lightweight, does not burn easily, does not generate any pungent odor gas even if it burns, and is resistant to surface stains.
The sheet had excellent solvent resistance. Table 1 shows the measurement results of weight and the evaluation results of flame retardancy, gas generation, staining and solvent resistance. Here, evaluation of flame retardancy, stain and solvent resistance was performed as follows. (Flame retardancy) A 25 cm x 30 cm test piece was tilted at 45° and brought into contact with a city gas flame in the air for 3 seconds to examine the combustion state (self-extinguishing property, combustion distance). (Stain) Foreign matter was attached to the surface of the test piece in an atmosphere of 40°C and 80% RH, and after being left for 24 hours, it was wiped off with a compress to see if the attached foreign matter could be removed. (Solvent Resistance) The test piece was abraded 10 times with a cloth containing benzene, and the presence or absence of breakage and color fading on the surface of the test piece was observed. Comparative Example 2 A commercially available wall covering sheet made of vinyl chloride/flame retardant paper was subjected to the same evaluation as in Example 2. Although it is heavy and difficult to burn, it emits a gas with a pungent odor, and the surface stains easily, and the color fades when wiped with a solvent. These evaluation results are shown in Table 1.

With polyphenylene sulfide film, it is difficult to form unevenness by wrinkle processing at temperatures below 100°C when it is a single film.On the other hand, when it is formed into unevenness near the melting point, the surface strength decreases. The surface becomes easily damaged. By laminating a polyphenylene sulfide film with a stretched film made of a synthetic resin containing a filler and having voids around the filler, it becomes possible to form irregularities on the surface by rolling, etc., even at room temperature. . This is because some of the voids in the stretched film having voids are crushed during surface roughening, resulting in permanent deformation (deformation). The wall covering sheet of the present invention has many advantages as listed below. It has excellent thermal properties, especially heat resistance and flame retardancy, and generates little toxic gas with a pungent odor even in the event of a fire. Excellent mechanical properties, especially surface strength, wear resistance, and dimensional stability. It has excellent solvent resistance and is resistant to stains, and even if it does get dirty, it can be easily wiped off. It has an uneven pattern on its surface, making it highly decorative. Compared to conventional vinyl chloride wall covering sheets,
Although it is thin, it has sufficient thermal and mechanical properties, so it can be lightweight.
