본 고안은 건축물의 내장재로 사용되는 내열판재로서, 방음(防音), 방수(昉水), 보온(保溫) 효과를 향상시킴은 물론 장식효과를 증대시킨 내열판재에 관한 것이다.The present invention is a heat-resistant plate material used as interior materials of the building, and relates to a heat-resistant plate material that improves the decorative effect as well as improving the soundproofing, waterproofing, heat insulation effect.

그러나, 이와 같은 석고보드, 시멘트석면스레이트, 시멘트유리섬유스레이트 등의 내열판재, 특히 석고보드는 경량이면서도 상당한 정도의 방음, 보온효과와 함께 뛰어난 내열성을 가지는 반면 습기에 접촉될 경우 얼룩이 지거나 강도를 상실하여 쉽게 파손되는 등 습기에 매우 취약하여 습기가 많은 욕실, 화장실 및 지하실 등에는 사용하기가 부적당하였음은 물론 재질특성상 표면장식을 위한 수단으로서 도료릍 도장하거나 다양한 무늬를 갖는 합판등을 접착사용하였으나, 도장의 경우는 재질의 질감이 매끄럽지 못하여 미감표현에 한계가 있고 더불어 손상 및 오염이 잘 되었으며, 합판접착의 경우 날카로운 물건등에 의해 긁히게 되면 코팅층이 쉽게 벗겨져 내열판재 전체를 교체하여야 함은 물론 제조공정에 따른 건조공정시 수축에 의해 판재가 변형을 일으켜 변형되는 경우가 다반사였던 것이다.However, such heat resistant board materials as gypsum board, cement asbestos slate and cement glass fiber slate, especially gypsum board, are light weight and have a considerable degree of sound insulation and heat resistance, and have excellent heat resistance, while staining or loss of strength when they come into contact with moisture.
