Description
Claims (13)
- 弾性部材であって、
上部支持体;
前記上部支持体の下側に備えられる下部支持体;および
前記上部支持体と前記下部支持体を連結する少なくとも一つの弾性部を含み、
前記弾性部は、前記上部支持体で下側に形成される上部支持部;
前記下部支持体で上側に延びる下部支持部;および前記上部支持部と前記下部支持部を所定の傾斜を有して連結し、前記弾性部材に対する加圧時に屈曲変形される連結部を含み、
前記弾性部材に対する加圧時に、前記下部支持体が第1方向に回転しながら、前記加圧のうち一部を解消し、
前記弾性部材に対する加圧解除時に、前記下部支持体が第1方向と反対の第2方向に回転しながら位置回復し、前記上部支持体の回転は制限される
ことを特徴とする弾性部材。 - 前記弾性部材の材質はポリエーテルエーテルケトン(PEEK)、ポリカーボネート(PC)、ポリオキシメチレン(POM)、ポリケトン(POK)およびポリブチレンテレフタレート(PBT)のうち少なくとも一つを含む
請求項1に記載の弾性部材。 - 前記上部支持部および前記下部支持部は、それぞれ前記上部支持体および前記下部支持体に対して垂直方向に形成されて前記連結部の変形に対する剛性を提供する
請求項1に記載の弾性部材。 - 前記上部支持部と前記下部支持部は前記弾性部材に対する加圧時に形状が固定される
請求項3に記載の弾性部材。 - 前記弾性部材に対する加圧時に、前記連結部は、前記上部支持体との連結領域および前記下部支持体との連結領域で屈曲される
請求項3に記載の弾性部材。 - 前記連結部の厚さは前記連結部の中央から前記上部支持部および前記下部支持部に向かうほど増加する
請求項1に記載の弾性部材。 - 前記弾性部の厚さは前記弾性部の中央から前記上部支持体および前記下部支持体に向かうほど増加する
請求項1に記載の弾性部材。 - 前記上部支持体に連結された回転防止突起または回転防止溝によって前記上部支持体の回転が防止される
請求項1に記載の弾性部材。 - 前記上部支持体の内側には前記上部支持体と連結されたステムが形成され、
前記ステムの外面には回転防止突起または回転防止溝が形成されて前記上部支持体の回転が防止される
請求項1に記載の弾性部材。 - 前記ステムが密着するシーリング部の内面には、前記回転防止突起または前記回転防止溝に対応する結合溝または結合突起が形成される
請求項9に記載の弾性部材。 - 請求項1ないし8のいずれかに記載された弾性部材;
上部および下部が開放され内部に中空が形成されたシリンダ;
前記シリンダの内壁に備えられるシールキャップ;
前記シリンダの上端の周りに結合されて前記シールキャップの上昇を抑制するシーリング部;
下端に前記シールキャップによって開閉される流入口が形成され、前記流入口と連結された通路が上端まで形成されるピストンロッド;および、
前記ピストンロッドとともに昇降するように結合されるステムを含み、
前記弾性部材は、前記ステムと前記シーリング部の間に備えられて前記シーリング部から前記ステムに向かって弾性力を提供する
ことを特徴とするポンプ組立体。 - 前記ステムと前記弾性部材は一体に形成される
請求項11に記載のポンプ組立体。 - 請求項9または10に記載された弾性部材;
上部および下部が開放されて内部に中空が形成されたシリンダ;
前記シリンダの内壁に備えられるシールキャップ;
前記シリンダの上端の周りに結合されて前記シールキャップの上昇を抑制するシーリング部;および、
下端に前記シールキャップによって開閉される流入口が形成され、前記流入口と連結された通路が上端まで形成されるピストンロッドを含み、
前記弾性部材の下部支持体は前記シーリング部の上面によって支持され、
前記弾性部材のステムは前記ピストンロッドとともに昇降するように結合するものの、前記シーリング部の内壁に密着し、
前記ステムの回転防止突起または前記回転防止溝は前記シーリング部に形成された結合溝または結合突起に結合して、前記弾性部材の上部支持体の回転が防止される
ことを特徴とするポンプ組立体。
