目前现有技术,一种喷雾泵,包括按头、螺牙、锁盖、弹簧、本体、主柱、副柱、活塞和钢球,按头包括下开口的体部和与体部连通的出液管。存在问题是:弹簧由金属材料制成,易生锈而且装配需要预压,工效低;倾倒时,发生漏液。
发明内容
本发明的目的是:提供一种外置式弹性体塑胶弹簧按压泵,它不仅具有工效高的特点,而且还具有倾倒防漏液的特点。
本发明是这样实现的:一种外置式弹性体塑胶弹簧按压泵,包括按头、螺牙、锁盖、弹簧、本体、主柱、副柱和活塞,按头包括下开口的体部和与体部连通的出液管;其特殊之处在于:所述按头还包括锁合套,锁合套内的下端设置有锁合扣;
所述弹簧由塑胶材料制成;
所述本体的上端设置有法兰,本体的下端设置有阀芯腔、位于阀芯腔底部的下阀芯座;锁盖呈圆筒形,上部设置有锁合位、下部设置挡板,相邻二个锁合位之间的间隙构成锁合扣导向槽;锁盖设置在法兰上且一体成型制成,挡板和法兰构成环形卡槽;
所述主柱的上端设置出液孔;
所述副柱两端开口且中空,副柱的下端设置有内腔呈圆锥台形的上阀芯座;活塞设置在副柱的下端且一体成型制成;

储存时,锁合扣131与锁合位32锁合,主柱6的上端封闭出液管12的进液端。也可以说是:出液孔61与出液管12的进液端错开。
