・ブレーキ圧制御弁
・上記の機器、装置を連結して作動させる油圧配管
・動作を促す電気配線等、極めて多岐多様に及ぶ機器、装置
が設けられている。これらの装置を設けるには、より大きいコストがかかるのみで無く、システムの煩雑さ、保守点検の困難さ、信頼性の低下等が懸念される。
Claims (3)
- ディスクブレーキ用のブレーキキャリパーにおいて、
ディスク側にブレーキパッドを押圧するピストンが変位可能に格納されるシリンダおよび前記シリンダに連通している所定の内容積の空洞状の格納部が形成されているシリンダボディと、
前記シリンダおよび前記格納部に充填されているブレーキフルードと、
前記格納部に出入りして、前記格納部の内容積を変化させる内容積変化手段と、
電動機およびボールねじまたは電動機およびラックアンドピニオンからなり、前記格納部に出入りするように前記内容積変化手段を電動により駆動する駆動手段と、
前記シリンダボディに設けられている、前記内容積変化手段の位置を検出するセンサと
を含み、
前記ブレーキフルードは、前記シリンダボディ、前記ピストン、前記内容積変化手段および前記センサで封止され、前記シリンダボディの外部と隔絶されている
ブレーキキャリパー。 - ディスクブレーキ用のブレーキキャリパーにおいて、
ディスク側にブレーキパッドを押圧するピストンが変位可能に格納されるシリンダおよび前記シリンダに連通している所定の内容積の空洞状の格納部が形成されているシリンダボディと、

前記ブレーキフルードは、前記シリンダボディ、前記ピストン、前記内容積変化手段および前記センサで封止され、前記シリンダボディの外部と隔絶されている
