- 調節式眼内レンズデバイスであって
外側部分と、該外側部分に対して内側に間隔を置いて配置された内側部分とを含むハプティック構成要素であって、前記外側部分は、水晶体嚢と係合するように構成され、前記内側部分は、前記調節式眼内レンズデバイスの光軸に向かって半径方向内側に延在する、前記ハプティック構成要素と、
前記調節式眼内レンズデバイスの外側に配置された第1の側を有する可撓性膜と、反対側に設けられたオプティックと、前記可撓性膜と前記オプティックとを結合する円周方向周縁エッジと、前記可撓性膜の第2の側、前記オプティック、および前記円周方向周縁エッジの間に配置された途切れのない内側貯蔵器とを含む屈折力レンズであって、前記円周方向周縁エッジが、第1の外面と、前記第1の外面に対して半径方向内側に配置された第2の外面とを含み、前記第1の外面および前記第2の外面は半径方向外側を向いており、前記第1の外面および前記第2の外面によって、前記屈折力レンズおよび前記ハプティック構成要素の一方の前記屈折力レンズおよび前記ハプティック構成要素の他方に対する前記光軸に沿った移動を制限するために、前記ハプティック構成要素の前記内側部分を少なくとも部分的に受け入れるように構成された空間が画定される、前記屈折力レンズと、を備える調節式眼内レンズデバイス。 - 前記空間は、前記調節式眼内レンズデバイスの前記光軸の少なくとも一部の周りに延在するチャネルを含む、請求項1に記載の調節式眼内レンズデバイス。
