本発明による電動車両は、上記蓄電池制御装置と、前記蓄電池の負荷である電動機と、を備える。

Claims (4)
- 蓄電池の情報を取得する電池情報取得部と、
前記蓄電池の充放電により電流が流れる構成部品の定格値に応じた前記蓄電池の第1許容電流を演算する第1許容電流演算部と、
前記電池情報取得部により取得された前記情報に基づいて、前記蓄電池の充電状態に応じた前記蓄電池の第2許容電流を演算する第2許容電流演算部と、
前記電池情報取得部により取得された前記情報に基づいて、前記蓄電池の劣化状態に応じた前記蓄電池の第3許容電流を演算する第3許容電流演算部と、
前記第1許容電流、前記第2許容電流または前記第3許容電流のいずれかを選択して出力する許容電流選択部と、を備え、
前記許容電流選択部は、
前記蓄電池の劣化抑制を優先すべき状況であるか否かを判定し、前記第1許容電流、前記第2許容電流、及び、前記第3許容電流のうち、当該第3許容電流が最も小さい許容電流であり、前記蓄電池の劣化抑制を優先すべき状況であると判定した場合には前記第3許容電流を選択し、
前記蓄電池の劣化抑制を優先すべき状況ではないと判定した場合には、前記第1許容電流または前記第2許容電流のうち、小さい許容電流を選択し、
前記蓄電池の負荷である電動機の出力トルクの向上が要求されている間は、前記蓄電池の劣化抑制を優先すべき状況ではないと判定する蓄電池制御装置。 - 請求項1に記載の蓄電池制御装置と、
前記蓄電池の負荷である電動機と、を備えた電動車両。 - 請求項2に記載の電動車両において、
前記電動車両のドライバーが、前記蓄電池の寿命を優先するモードと、前記電動車両の走行性能を優先するモードとを選択可能な選択可能部を、備えた電動車両。 - 請求項3に記載の電動車両において、
前記選択可能部は、前記ドライバーによって前記電動車両の走行性能を優先するモードが選択された場合には、前記第1許容電流または前記第2許容電流のうち、小さい許容電流を選択する電動車両。
