Description
Claims (9)
- バッテリーセルパッケージ構造であって、
前記バッテリーセルパッケージ構造の長手方向に沿って延長したパッケージ側面及び側部封止縁部を含み、
前記側部封止縁部は、前記パッケージ側面に当接する第1のパッケージセグメント、及び前記パッケージ側面と前記第1のパッケージセグメントとの間に位置する第2のパッケージセグメントを含み、
前記第2のパッケージセグメントは、前記第1のパッケージセグメントの一端から外側に向かって前記長手方向に伸び且つ前記バッテリーセルパッケージ構造の底端部を超えた部分であり、前記第2のパッケージセグメントは、前記長手方向に折り返され且つ前記バッテリーセルパッケージ構造の短手方向に折り返されて前記第1のパッケージセグメントと前記パッケージ側面との間に設置されることを特徴とするバッテリーセルパッケージ構造。 - 前記バッテリーセルはタブを含み、前記側部封止縁部の前記第1のパッケージセグメントは、前記長手方向に沿った前記バッテリーセルの両端に位置する上縁部と下縁部を含み、前記下縁部は、前記タブから離れて配置されて、前記第2パッケージセグメントは、前記下縁部に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーセルパッケージ構造。
- 前記側部封止縁部の外表面に接着テープを貼り付けるか、或いは接着剤をコーティングすることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーセルパッケージ構造。
- 前記側部封止縁部は、折り返し線に沿って折り畳まれて前記第2のパッケージセクションを形成し、前記折り返し線の各セクションは1つの直線上にあることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーセルパッケージ構造。
- 前記折り返し線は、折り線であることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のバッテリーセルパッケージ構造。
- 前記折り返し線は、前記側部封止縁部の外縁部に対して垂直であることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のバッテリーセルパッケージ構造。
- 前記バッテリーセルパッケージ構造の長手方向に沿って前記バッテリーセルの本体を超える前記第2のパッケージセグメントの長さは、0.3mm以下であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーセルパッケージ構造。
- 前記バッテリーセルパッケージ構造の厚度方向に沿った前記第2のパッケージセグメントの高さは、前記バッテリーセルパッケージ構造の厚さの以下であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーセルパッケージ構造。
- 前記バッテリーセルパッケージ構造は、前記バッテリーセルパッケージ構造の幅方向に沿って延長した上部封止縁部と、前記上部封止縁部及び前記側部封止縁部に隣接するコーナー部と、をさらに含み、前記コーナー部は、前記第1のパッケージセグメントと前記パッケージ側面との間に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーセルパッケージ構造。
