Abstract
【課題】 小型で、封止の信頼性も高いラミネート電池を提供する。
【解決手段】 正極タブ7と負極タブ8が上部に引き出された電池要素が収納された電池要素収納部1と、電池要素収納部1を封止するための封止部2とを備えたラミネート外装体の電池要素収納部1の側面の封止部2を内側に折り返した折り返し部を有し折り返し部を電池要素収納部1の側面に沿うように折り曲げたラミネート電池において、側面の封止部2の底辺6近傍の折り返し部に、折り返し部から外側に切り込み部4を設け、底辺6の角部5を切り込み部4に沿って内側上方に折り返した後、側面全体にわたり内側に折り返した折り返し部を有する。

Claims (3)
- 正極タブと負極タブが上部に引き出された電池要素が収納された電池要素収納部と、前記電池要素収納部を封止するための封止部とを備えたラミネート外装体の前記電池要素収納部の側面の封止部を内側に180度折り返した折り返し部を有し、前記折り返し部を前記電池要素収納部の側面に沿うように90度折り曲げたラミネート電池において、前記側面の封止部の底辺近傍の前記折り返し部に、折り返しの線から外側に切り込み部を設け、前記底辺の角部を切り込み部に沿って内側上方に折り返した後、側面全体にわたり内側に折り返した折り返し部を有することを特徴とするラミネート電池。
- 前記切り込み部がV字状であることを特徴とする請求項1記載のラミネート電池。
- 前記切り込み部の縁辺が曲線形状であることを特徴とする請求項1記載のラミネート電池。
