Claims (2)
- シリコン基板の上に形成されたシリコン薄膜導波路を伝播する伝播光を、前記シリコン基板の方へ直角に曲げて、前記シリコン基板を通る平行光に変え、前記シリコン基板の前記シリコン薄膜導波路が形成された側とは反対側より前記シリコン基板から出すグレーティング手段と、
前記グレーティング手段により前記シリコン基板の前記反対側から前記シリコン基板を出た前記平行光を光ファイバのコアに集光するレンズ手段と、
を含み、
前記グレーティング手段は、複数のV溝が平行に設けられ、当該各V溝の一方の側の面は45度の傾斜をなす反射面である、
光デバイス。 - 前記レンズ手段は、前記平行光の側に凸レンズ面を有し、前記光ファイバの側に前記光ファイバを設ける凹所を有し,当該凹所で前記光ファイバのコアに前記平行光が集光するように当該凹所は形成されている、請求項1に記載の光デバイス。
