Description
まず、本発明の実施形態1に係るボイルオフガス回収システム1について、図1〜図3を参照して説明する。図1は、実施形態1に係るボイルオフガス回収システム1を示す概略構成図である。図2は、実施形態1に係るボイルオフガス回収システム1における活性炭フィルター70(吸着フィルター)を示す概略構成図である。図3は、実施形態1に係るボイルオフガス回収システム1における再液化システム9を示す概略構成図である。
次に、本発明の実施形態2に係るボイルオフガス回収システム1Aについて、図4を参照して説明する。実施形態2に係るボイルオフガス回収システム1Aは、基本的に上記実施形態1に係るボイルオフガス回収システム1と同様の構成を備えているが、活性炭フィルター70を通過したボイルオフガスに潤滑油が含まれているか否かを監視する監視手段をさらに備える点で異なっている。以下、上記実施形態1と異なる点についてのみ説明する。なお、図4では、圧縮機3bと活性炭フィルター70との間に配置されるクーラー51及び第1セパレータ14などの構成が省略されている。
次に、本発明の実施形態3に係るボイルオフガス回収システム1Bについて、図6を参照して説明する。実施形態3に係るボイルオフガス回収システム1Bは、基本的に上記実施形態1に係るボイルオフガス回収システム1と同様の構成を備えているが、第1セパレータ14及び活性炭フィルター70が各々複数設けられると共に、各々並列に配置されている点で異なっている。以下、上記実施形態1と異なる点についてのみ詳細に説明する。
次に、本発明の実施形態4に係るボイルオフガス回収システム1Cについて、図7を参照して説明する。実施形態4に係るボイルオフガス回収システム1Cは、基本的に上記実施形態1に係るボイルオフガス回収システム1と同様の構成を備えているが、第1セパレータ14及び活性炭フィルター70が各々複数設けられると共に、各々直列に配置されている点で異なっている。以下、上記実施形態1と異なる点についてのみ詳細に説明する。
最後に、本発明のその他実施形態について説明する。

Claims (4)
- 液化ガスを貯蔵したタンクと、
潤滑油が供給されると共に、前記タンク内の前記液化ガスの一部の蒸発により発生したボイルオフガスを圧縮する往復動式の圧縮機と、
前記圧縮機から吐出された前記ボイルオフガスに含まれる前記潤滑油を分離する油分離器と、
前記油分離器を通過した前記ボイルオフガスに含まれる前記潤滑油を吸着させる吸着フィルターと、
前記吸着フィルターを通過した前記ボイルオフガスを、前記タンクから前記圧縮機に供給される前記ボイルオフガスとの熱交換により冷却する熱交換器を有し、液化した前記ボイルオフガスを前記タンクに戻す再液化システムと、
前記吸着フィルターを通過した前記ボイルオフガスに前記潤滑油が含まれているか否かを監視する監視手段と、を備えることを特徴とする、ボイルオフガス回収システム。 - 液化ガスを貯蔵したタンクと、
潤滑油が供給されると共に、前記タンク内の前記液化ガスの一部の蒸発により発生したボイルオフガスを圧縮する往復動式の圧縮機と、
前記圧縮機から吐出された前記ボイルオフガスに含まれる前記潤滑油を分離する油分離器と、
前記油分離器を通過した前記ボイルオフガスに含まれる前記潤滑油を吸着させる吸着フィルターと、
前記吸着フィルターを通過した前記ボイルオフガスを、前記タンクから前記圧縮機に供給される前記ボイルオフガスとの熱交換により冷却する熱交換器を有し、液化した前記ボイルオフガスを前記タンクに戻す再液化システムと、
前記油分離器内の前記潤滑油の液面高さが予め定められた基準高さを超えるか否かを検知するレベルセンサーと、
前記液面高さが前記基準高さを超えるときに前記潤滑油を前記油分離器の外に導出する導出手段と、
前記導出手段により導出された前記潤滑油を貯留するドレンタンクと、を備えることを特徴とする、ボイルオフガス回収システム。 - 前記吸着フィルターの前後の圧力差を検知する差圧計と、
前記差圧計により検知された前記圧力差が予め定められた基準値を超えたときに警報を発生させる警報発生部と、をさらに備えることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載のボイルオフガス回収システム。 - 前記吸着フィルターは活性炭フィルターであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載のボイルオフガス回収システム。
