Description
また、リタード量は油温などに応じてあらかじめ決めた値を、制御用コンピュータのマップを参照することにより行っている。冷機始動直後は筒内の温度が低い状態となるため、燃焼不安定を回避するために点火時期リタードを大きく取ることができず、内燃機関の下流にある触媒の活性化に時間がかかるという問題があった。
S711において、触媒温度等に基づき、エンジンの暖機が完了したか否かを判定する。S711で暖機完了と判定された場合、触媒暖機制御は終了となり、通常制御へ移行する。

Claims (9)
- 内燃機関に取り付けられた点火装置の点火時期を制御する点火時期制御部を備えた内燃機関制御装置において、
筒内昇温する筒内昇温部を備え、排気を浄化する触媒の温度が活性化温度に達する前に、該筒内昇温部により筒内昇温を行い、かつ前記点火時期制御部により前記点火装置の点火時期のリタード量を増加させ、
前記筒内昇温部は、排気行程において排気バルブを上死点前に閉じることで、排気が圧縮されるNVO期間が設けられるようにし、前記NVO期間により筒内ガス温度を上昇させることで、筒内ガスから筒内壁面への伝熱量を増加させて筒内昇温を行うことを特徴とする内燃機関制御装置。 - 前記筒内昇温部は、筒内昇温後に、所定の筒内温度に到達したとき又は所定の時刻となったときに、さらにリタード量を増加させることを特徴とする請求項1記載の内燃機関制御装置。
- 前記筒内昇温部は、上死点後より上死点前のNVO期間を長くして筒内昇温を行うことを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の内燃機関制御装置。
- 内燃機関に取り付けられた点火装置の点火時期を制御する点火時期制御部を備えた内燃機関制御装置において、
筒内昇温する筒内昇温部を備え、排気を浄化する触媒の温度が活性化温度に達する前に、該筒内昇温部により筒内昇温を行い、かつ前記点火時期制御部により前記点火装置の点火時期のリタード量を増加させ、
前記筒内昇温部は、排気行程において排気バルブを上死点前に閉じることで、排気が圧縮されるNVO期間が設けられるようにし、
前記NVO期間に筒内へガスを噴射し、燃焼室内の圧力を増加させることを特徴とする内燃機関制御装置。 - 前記筒内昇温部は、吸気行程または圧縮行程において、吸気管への吹き戻しが無くなるよう、吸気バルブ閉じ時期を下死点付近に設定することを特徴とする請求項1記載の内燃機関制御装置。
- 内燃機関に取り付けられた点火装置の点火時期を制御する点火時期制御部を備えた内燃機関制御装置において、
筒内昇温する筒内昇温部を備え、排気を浄化する触媒の温度が活性化温度に達する前に、該筒内昇温部により筒内昇温を行い、かつ前記点火時期制御部により前記点火装置の点火時期のリタード量を増加させ、
前記筒内昇温部は、圧縮行程または排気行程において、機械圧縮比を増加させることを特徴とする内燃機関制御装置。 - 内燃機関に取り付けられた点火装置の点火時期を制御する点火時期制御部を備えた内燃機関制御装置において、
筒内昇温する筒内昇温部を備え、排気を浄化する触媒の温度が活性化温度に達する前に、該筒内昇温部により筒内昇温を行い、かつ前記点火時期制御部により前記点火装置の点火時期のリタード量を増加させ、
前記筒内昇温部による筒内昇温中は点火時期を初回燃焼時より進角させ、その後に前記点火時期制御部により前記点火装置の点火時期をリタ―ドさせることを特徴とする内燃機関制御装置。 - 前記筒内昇温部により筒内昇温を行う際に、前記点火装置の点火時期を初回燃焼時よりも進角させることを特徴とする請求項7記載の内燃機関制御装置。
- 前記筒内昇温部により筒内昇温を行う際に、点火時期を初回燃焼時よりもリタードさせることを特徴とする請求項7記載の内燃機関制御装置。
