Description
正極活物質90質量%に導電剤としてのCBを6質量%混合した後、結着剤としてのアクリル系バインダー4質量%のNMP溶液を添加し、混合し、正極スラリーを調製し、アルミニウム箔の片面に塗布した。
負極材料としてのチタン酸リチウム(Li4Ti5O12:LTO)88質量%と、CB6質量%とを混合した後、結着剤としてのポリビニリデンフロライド6質量%をNMPに溶解した溶液を混合し、負極合剤スラリーを調製した。負極合剤スラリーを銅箔(負極集電体)の片面に塗布し、乾燥した。裁断後、プレス機により圧縮成形し、未塗工部にニッケル製の負極端子を溶接することにより、負極を作製した。
図1は、正極活物質の容量測定に用いたラミネートセルを模式的に示したものである。
図2は、作製したラミネート型リチウムイオン二次電池を模式的に示したものである。
作製した電池について充放電試験及び高温寿命試験を行った。
Claims (8)
- 組成式Li a Ni x Mn y M z O 4−δ F δ (式中、Mは、Ti、Ge、Mg、Co、Fe、Cu及びAlからなる群から選ばれた1種以上で構成され、a、x、y、z及びδは、1≦a<1.08、0.4≦x<0.5、0<z≦0.3、a+x+y+z=3、0<δ≦0.2を満たす。)で表され、
Mは、Ti及びMgを含み、モル基準でMの50%以上がTiである、リチウムイオン二次電池用正極活物質。 - 組成式Li a Ni x Mn y M z O 4−δ F δ (式中、Mは、Ti、Ge、Mg、Co、Fe、Cu及びAlからなる群から選ばれた1種以上で構成され、a、x、y、z及びδは、1≦a<1.08、0.4≦x<0.5、0<z≦0.3、a+x+y+z=3、0<δ≦0.2を満たす。)で表され、
Mは、Geを含み、かつ、Ti、Mg、Co、Fe、Cu及びAlからなる群から選ばれた1種以上を含み、モル基準でMの50%以上がGeであり、かつ、zは0<z≦0.2を満たす、リチウムイオン二次電池用正極活物質。 - 組成式Li a Ni x Mn y M z O 4−δ F δ (式中、Mは、Ti、Ge、Mg、Co、Fe、Cu及びAlからなる群から選ばれた1種以上で構成され、a、x、y、z及びδは、1≦a<1.08、0.4≦x<0.5、0<z≦0.3、a+x+y+z=3、0<δ≦0.2を満たす。)で表され、
Mは、Coを含み、かつ、Ti、Ge、Mg、Fe、Cu及びAlからなる群から選ばれた1種以上を含み、モル基準でMの50%以上がCoであり、zは0<z≦0.15を満たす、リチウムイオン二次電池用正極活物質。 - 組成式Li a Ni x Mn y M z O 4−δ F δ (式中、Mは、Ti、Ge、Mg、Co、Fe、Cu及びAlからなる群から選ばれた1種以上で構成され、a、x、y、z及びδは、1≦a<1.08、0.4≦x<0.5、0<z≦0.3、a+x+y+z=3、0<δ≦0.2を満たす。)で表され、
Mは、Mg又はCuを含み、かつ、Ti、Ge、Co、Fe及びAlからなる群から選ばれた1種以上を含み、モル基準でMの50%以上がMg及びCuのいずれかであり、zは0<z≦0.1を満たす、リチウムイオン二次電池用正極活物質。 - 組成式Li a Ni x Mn y M z O 4−δ F δ (式中、Mは、Ti、Ge、Mg、Co、Fe、Cu及びAlからなる群から選ばれた1種以上で構成され、a、x、y、z及びδは、1≦a<1.08、0.4≦x<0.5、0<z≦0.3、a+x+y+z=3、0<δ≦0.2を満たす。)で表され、
Mは、Alを含み、かつ、Ti、Ge、Mg、Co、Fe及びCuからなる群から選ばれた1種以上を含み、モル基準でMの50%以上がAlであり、zは0<z≦0.05を満たす、リチウムイオン二次電池用正極活物質。 - 立方晶スピネル構造を有する、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のリチウムイオン二次電池用正極活物質。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のリチウムイオン二次電池用正極活物質と、この正極活物質の表面を被覆した酸化アルミニウム層と、を含む、リチウムイオン二次電池用正極材料。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のリチウムイオン二次電池用正極活物質又は請求項7記載のリチウムイオン二次電池用正極材料を含む正極と、負極と、電解質と、を有するリチウムイオン二次電池。
