静止支持構造体(54,36)と、
前記支持構造体(54,36)と前記燃料排出要素(24,52)を相互接続しており、前記静止支持構造体(54,36)に接続された第1の端部と、前記燃料排出要素(24,52)に接続された第2の端部とを有する片持ち可撓性支持構造体(68,110)と
