Description

・工夫された伸張、通気性、負荷伝達、生体測定の組込み、および損傷から保護するための足首支持等について、靴モノコックの精巧な工夫された設計が可能になる。
・費用および労力削減のため、靴の自動製造が可能になる。
・靴アッパーの精巧な工夫された設計が可能になり、一体製造プロセスにより、複数のモデル年度および靴プラットフォームにわたる投資を償却することができる。
・設計自由度により、靴設計および製造プロセスになった工夫の利点を保持しつつ、モノコックをいくつかの異なるスタイルの靴で使用することができる。
Claims (25)
- 少なくとも1つの一方向テープを備える補強要素と、
前記一方向テープ内に配置されたモノフィラメントと、
を備え、
前記モノフィラメントのすべてが前記テープ内の所定の方向に位置し、
前記モノフィラメントが40ミクロン未満の直径を有し、
個々のモノフィラメントが隣接するモノフィラメントに当接し、または隣接する強化モノフィラメント群のうちの個々のモノフィラメント間の間隔が、非当接モノフィラメント間の範囲内の、モノフィラメント外径の最大50倍の間隙距離以内であり、
前記補強要素が少なくとも2つの一方向テープを備え、
前記少なくとも2つの一方向テープの各々が、モノフィラメントのない領域を有する1組の層状オーバレイを備え、
3次元成形された可撓性複合部品である、積層体。 - 前記モノフィラメントが押し出され、引き出され、または変換されて、接着樹脂に被覆され埋め込まれたモノフィラメントになる、請求項1に記載の積層体。
- 前記少なくとも2つの一方向テープのうちの第1のテープが、前記少なくとも2つの一方向テープのうちの第2のテープ内のモノフィラメントとは異なる所定の方向にあるモノフィラメントを含む、請求項1に記載の積層体。
- 前記領域が、ユーザにより計画された配置を含む、請求項1に記載の積層体。
- 前記領域の層状オーバレイを備える1組の防水/通気性要素をさらに備える、請求項1に記載の積層体。
- 少なくとも1組の追加の層状オーバレイをさらに備える、請求項5に記載の積層体。

- 少なくとも1つの剛性要素をさらに備える、請求項1に記載の積層体。
- 請求項1に記載の積層体を備える物品であって、前記少なくとも1つの一方向テープが前記物品に取り付けられる、3次元成形物品。
- 取付点、貫通孔、および補強ストラップ用の一体構造補強材をさらに備える、請求項13に記載の物品。
- 3次元成形された可撓性複合部品を製造する方法であって、
a.適合性のある構成を有する少なくとも1つの雄型および少なくとも1つの雌型を設けるステップと、
b.請求項1に記載の少なくとも1つの積層体およびオプションの第1の表面層を前記雄型上に当てることにより、第1の複合レイアップを構成するステップと、
c.前記第1の複合レイアップを前記雄型から取り外して、前記第1の複合レイアップを前記雌型内に配置するステップと、
d.場合により、少なくとも1つの剥離ライナを前記雌型内で前記第1の複合レイアップ上に配置するステップと、
e.請求項1に記載の少なくとも1つの積層体およびオプションの第2の表面層を前記雄型上に当てることにより、第2の複合レイアップを構成するステップと、
f.前記第2の複合レイアップを前記雄型から取り外して、前記第2の複合レイアップを前記雌型内で前記第1の複合レイアップ上に配置するステップと、
g.かかる第1の複合レイアップおよびかかる第2の複合レイアップを周方向に接合するステップと、
h.前記第1の複合レイアップおよび前記第2の複合レイアップを硬化させて、少なくとも1つの3次元成形物品を形成するステップと、
を含む、方法。 - 少なくとも1つの開口部をかかる少なくとも1つの3次元成形物品に成形するステップをさらに含む、請求項15に記載の方法。

を含む、システム。 - 前記3次元成形された可撓性複合部品がCステージまたはBステージの複合履物アッパーを備える、請求項24に記載のシステム。
