Description
発泡フイルムの製造:
窒素ガス注入システムが設けられた三層多層インフレーション(Collin)押出機で発泡フイルムを製造した。このフイルムは、発泡コア層および2つの中実外側層を備えている。
・100マイクロメートルの厚さおよび73g/m2の比質量(サンプルI)
・個々の層の厚さは、1:2:1の比を有し、第1の外側層Aは25マイクロメートルの厚さを有し、中間発泡層Bは50マイクロメートルの厚さを有し、外側層Cは25マイクロメートルの厚さを有する。
・セル構造を調査するための走査型電子顕微鏡(SEM)
・Olympus社からの画像解析AnalySIS autoを使用して発泡体の表面を確認するための表面光学顕微鏡
断面解析用サンプルを、カミソリの刃を使用してシートから切り取り(長手方向に対して平行に)、SEMサンプルホルダに固定した。
・得られた画像コントラストの最適化および二値化。
・特徴を解析し、Excelファイルに挿入する。
・Matlabツールを使用して2Dから3Dに変換。
MFIが7.5であり、密度が924kg/m3であるLDPEホモポリマーを採用したことを除いて、実施例1を繰り返した。
・100マイクロメートルの厚さおよび73g/m2の比質量
・個々の層の厚さは、1:2:1の比を有し、層Aは25マイクロメートルの厚さを有し、発泡層Bは50マイクロメートルの厚さを有し、層Cは25マイクロメートルの厚さを有する。
Claims (10)
- 910kg/m3と935kg/m3の間の密度(ISO1183による)および0.10dg/分と100dg/分の間のメルトインデックス(ASTM D1133による)を有する低密度ポリエチレンコポリマーであって、二官能性以上のモノマーの存在下でのエチレンの高圧重合プロセスによって得られる低密度ポリエチレンコポリマーの物理的な発泡によって得られる発泡ポリエチレンから構成された発泡コア層であって、LDPEからなる、もしくはLDPEとLLDPEとのブレンドからなる、発泡コア層、および
前記発泡コア層の両面に配置された、第1の対の追加層、
を少なくとも含む、多層発泡フイルム。 - 前記第1の対の追加層が、LDPEのLLDPEおよび/またはHDPEとのブレンドから構成されている、請求項1記載の多層発泡フイルム。
- 前記第1の対の追加層が発泡している、請求項1または2記載の多層発泡フイルム。
- 前記第1の対の追加層の両側に配置された、第2の対の追加層をさらに含む、請求項1から3いずれか1項記載の多層発泡フイルム。
- 前記第2の対の追加層が、LDPEのLLDPEおよび/またはHDPEとのブレンドから構成されている、請求項4記載の多層発泡フイルム。
- 前記第2の対の追加層が発泡している、請求項4または5記載の多層発泡フイルム。
- 前記低密度ポリエチレンコポリマーが、コモノマーとしてのジメタクリル酸1,4−ブタンジオールの存在下でのエチレンの高圧重合プロセスによって得られる、請求項1から6いずれか1項記載の多層発泡フイルム。
- 前記高圧重合プロセスが管型重合プロセスである、請求項1から7いずれか1項記載の多層発泡フイルム。
- 請求項1から8いずれか1項記載の多層発泡フイルムから作られた物品。
- 前記物品が、温室フイルム、家庭用ゴミ袋、食料品袋、野菜袋、パレット用ラップ、食品用ラップ、裏地、丈夫な袋、工業用袋、買い物袋、シュリンクフイルム、ラベル、パウチ、テープ、自立性パウチ、積層フイルム、保護膜、および衛生用フイルムからなる群より選択されるものである、請求項9記載の物品。
