Claims (4)
- 駆動軸に連結されたロータと、
前記ロータに対して径方向に往復動自在に設けられる複数のベーンと、
内部に配置される前記ロータの回転に伴って内周のカム面に前記ベーンの先端部が摺接するとともに、前記ロータに対して偏心可能なカムリングと、
前記ロータと前記カムリングとの間に区画され前記複数のベーンによって仕切られたポンプ室と、
前記カムリングの外周側の収容空間内に区画される第1流体圧室及び第2流体圧室と、
前記カムリングを偏心量が大きくなる方向に常時付勢する付勢部材と、
前記ポンプ室から吐出された作動流体の流れに抵抗を付与する絞りと、
前記絞りの前後差圧の上昇に伴って前記ポンプ室から吐出された作動流体を前記第1流体圧室に導入して前記カムリングの偏心量を減少させるとともに、前記前後差圧の低下に伴って前記第1流体圧室の作動流体を排出して前記カムリングの偏心量を増大させる制御バルブと、
前記ポンプ室に吸い込まれる作動流体を導くとともに前記第2流体圧室に常時連通される吸込通路と、
前記制御バルブと前記第2流体圧室とを連通し、前記第1流体圧室から前記制御バルブに排出された作動流体を前記第2流体圧室に導く導通路と、
を備えることを特徴とする可変容量型ベーンポンプ。 - 前記カムリングを取り囲むように環状に設けられるアダプタリングと、
前記アダプタリングを収容する凹部を有するポンプボディと、
をさらに備え、
前記制御バルブは、前記アダプタリングの径方向外側に隣接して配置され、
前記導通路は、前記第2流体圧室における前記アダプタリングの内周面に開口する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の可変容量型ベーンポンプ。 - 前記カムリングを収容する凹部を有するとともに前記導通路が形成されるポンプボディをさらに備え、
前記導通路は、前記ポンプ室の容積が拡張する吸込領域における前記凹部の底面に開口する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の可変容量型ベーンポンプ。 - 前記導通路は、前記凹部の底面に開口して前記駆動軸に平行な直線状に形成される第1導通路と、前記第1導通路と前記制御バルブとを直線状に接続する第2導通路と、を有する、
ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の可変容量型ベーンポンプ。
