Claims (6)
- 前記電極パターンは、銅(Cu)、アルミニウム(Al)、金(Au)、銀(Ag)、チタン(Ti)、パラジウム(Pd)、クロム(Cr)、ニッケル(Ni)またはこれらの組み合わせからなる、請求項1に記載のタッチセンサ。
- 透明基板と、
前記透明基板の一面に一方向に互いに平行に形成される第1電極パターンと、
前記透明基板の他面に形成され、前記第1電極パターンと交差する方向に形成される第2電極パターンと、を含み、
前記第1電極パターンおよび第2電極パターンはメッシュパターンに形成され、前記メッシュパターンは、少なくとも一つ以上の不規則な単位パターンを含み、
前記第1電極パターンまたは第2電極パターンに含まれた少なくとも一つ以上の単位パターンの半径(r)を全体の単位パターンの平均半径で除した値をX軸とし、前記単位パターンの頻度数(frequency)をY軸とし、X軸をlog軸と設定し、標準偏差をσとしたときに、
で表され、
ここで、σ値は0超過1以下の値に形成されるように前記の関係式を満たす、タッチセンサ。 - 前記電極パターンは、銅(Cu)、アルミニウム(Al)、金(Au)、銀(Ag)、チタン(Ti)、パラジウム(Pd)、クロム(Cr)、ニッケル(Ni)またはこれらの組み合わせからなる、請求項3に記載のタッチセンサ。
- 第1透明基板と、

前記第2透明基板の一面に前記第1電極パターンと交差する方向に互いに平行に形成される第2電極パターンと、を含み、
前記第1電極パターンおよび第2電極パターンはメッシュパターンに形成され、前記メッシュパターンは、少なくとも一つ以上の不規則な単位パターンに形成され、
前記第1透明基板の他面と前記第2透明基板の第2電極パターンとが対向するように前記第1透明基板と前記第2透明基板が接合され、
前記第1電極パターンまたは第2電極パターンに含まれた少なくとも一つ以上の単位パターンの半径(r)を全体の単位パターンの平均半径で除した値をX軸とし、前記単位パターンの頻度数(frequency)をY軸とし、X軸をlog軸と設定し、標準偏差をσとしたときに、
