Claims (6)
- 電線の露出した導体部、及び、該導体部に電気的に接続された端子金具を被覆材によって被覆する被覆装置であって、
複数の前記電線を並べて保持する保持手段と、
前記保持手段に対して間隔をあけて配置された金属製の出射部を有し、前記被覆材を含む液体を該出射部から出射する出射手段と、
前記出射部と前記導体部とに電圧を印加して帯電させる電圧印加手段と、
前記複数の電線の並設方向に沿って前記出射部と前記保持手段とを相対移動させる移動手段と、
前記出射部に前記液体を出射させつつ前記移動手段によって該出射部と前記保持手段とを前記並設方向に沿って相対移動させる制御手段と、を備え、
前記保持手段は、前記端子金具のうち相手側の端子に電気的に接続される電気接続部を覆う端子保持部を有し、
前記端子保持部は、前記電気接続部の先端部に接触して電気的に接続される電極部を有し、
前記電圧印加手段が前記電極部に電気的に接続されることを特徴とする被覆装置。 - 前記電線は、アルミニウム電線であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の被覆装置。
- 前記電圧印加手段は、前記出射部と前記導体部とが互いに異なる極性を有して帯電するように電圧を印加することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の被覆装置。
- 前記移動手段は、前記電線の長手方向に沿って前記出射部と前記保持手段とを相対移動可能であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の被覆装置。
- 前記被覆材が防食材であることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の被覆装置。
- 電線の露出した導体部、及び、該導体部に電気的に接続された端子金具を被覆材によって被覆する被覆方法であって、
前記端子金具のうち相手側の端子に電気的に接続される電気接続部の先端部に接触する電極部を有するとともに前記電気接続部を覆う端子保持部を備えた保持手段によって複数の前記電線を並べて保持し、
前記電線に対して間隔をあけて配置された金属製の出射部と、前記電極部と、に電圧を印加して帯電させ、
前記被覆材を含む液体を前記出射部から出射しつつ、前記複数の電線の並設方向に沿って該出射部と該複数の電線とを相対移動させることを特徴とする被覆方法。
