Description
第1のスプールからガラスリボンのある長さを小出しする工程、
−ガラスリボンはガラスリボンのエッジから外側に少なくとも1mmは拡がるウエブ部を含むコーティングを有する、
ガラスリボンを搬送するためにウエブ部を送り装置と噛み合わせる工程、
−送り装置はウエブ部と噛み合うためのローラーまたはエンドレスベルトを備える、

小出しされたガラスリボンを巻取スプール上になきとることによって小出しされたガラスリボンを回収する工程、
を含む。ウエブ部は送り装置に噛み合うための送り穴を有することができる。例えば送り装置はスプロケットを有することができ、スプロケットの歯が送り穴と噛み合ってガラスリボンを搬送する。しかし、送り装置はスプロケットに限定されず、ウエブ部と噛み合わせるためにローラーまたはエンドレスベルトをさらに含むことができる。別の例において、ピンチローラーを用いてハンドリングコーティングのウエブ部及び/または非ウエブ部を挟み込むことができる。

Claims (11)
- 0.3mm未満の厚さを有することにより互いに離間している第1主表面および第2主表面を備えたガラスリボンであって、前記第1主表面および前記第2主表面が、該ガラスリボンの長さに沿って延びている、中央部、第1エッジおよび第2エッジを含む、ガラスリボン、および、
前記第1主表面および前記第2主表面の前記第1エッジおよび前記第2エッジのそれぞれに沿って施されているとともに、前記第1主表面および前記第2主表面の前記中央部には施されていない、既成テープ、
を有するロール状ガラス製品であって、
前記ガラスリボンが、該ガラスリボンの長さに沿って、ガラスリボンのロールとなるように巻かれており、
前記ガラスリボンのロールが複数の巻きを含み、
前記既成テープが、前記複数の巻きの隣接する巻き間に設けられて、前記複数の巻きの隣接する巻き間に中央間隙を形成していることを特徴とするロール状ガラス製品。 - 前記中央間隙が、前記ガラスリボンの長さに沿って配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載のロール状ガラス製品。
- 前記既成テープが、前記ガラスリボンの長さに沿って巻かれていることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載のロール状ガラス製品。
- 前記複数の巻きのうちの少なくとも1つの巻きの曲げ半径が10cmより小さいことを特徴とする請求項1から3いずれか1項記載のロール状ガラス製品。
- 前記既成テープが、送り穴を有することを特徴とする請求項1から4いずれか1項記載のロール状ガラス製品。
- 前記既成テープの一部が、前記第1エッジおよび前記第2エッジの各々から外側に拡がっていることを特徴とする請求項1から5いずれか1項記載のロール状ガラス製品。
- 前記既成テープが複数の送り穴を有し、前記複数の送り穴のうちの少なくとも1つの送り穴の少なくとも一部が、前記外側に拡がっている前記既成テープの一部上に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項6記載のロール状ガラス製品。
- 前記ガラスリボンは、その上に半導体デバイスが設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1から7いずれか1項記載のロール状ガラス製品。
- 前記既成テープが高分子材のテープであることを特徴とする請求項1から8いずれか1項記載のロール状ガラス製品。
- 前記高分子材のテープの厚さが50μmから100μmの範囲であることを特徴とする請求項9記載のロール状ガラス製品。
- 前記高分子材のテープがアクリル系接着剤を有することを特徴とする請求項9または10記載のロール状ガラス製品。
