Claims (62)
- 圧力の印加を検知するセンサであって、前記センサは、
基板と、
前記基板上に支持され、間隔を取って互いに離れて配置される長端部を有する少なくとも第1及び第2の導電素子と、
前記第1及び第2の導電素子に接着した共通表面を有し、前記第1及び第2の導電素子を電気的に導通する、単一の電気活性層と、を備え、前記単一の電気活性層は、前記第1及び第2の導電素子上に配置され、前記単一の電気活性層は前記第1及び第2の導電素子の間の単一の電気活性層の一部に少なくとも1つの電気的特性を定義し、前記電気的特性は前記圧力の大きさに関連して変化するように構成されており、前記電気的特性は特性曲線を示し、前記特性曲線は前記長端部間の距離の関数として少なくとも部分的に変化し、前記単一の電気活性層は、前記第1及び第2の導電素子の間に導電経路を提供する、センサ。 - 前記電気的特性は抵抗である、請求項1記載のセンサ。
- 前記第1及び第2の導電素子に接続され及び前記電気的特性を決定するように構成されるロジックデバイスを更に備える、請求項1記載のセンサ。
- 前記第1及び第2の導電素子に接続される電源を更に備え、前記電気的特性は前記第1及び第2の導電素子間に電圧差を生成する抵抗であり、前記電圧差は前記圧力の前記大きさに比例して変化する、請求項3記載のセンサ。
- 前記ロジックデバイスは前記電圧差を用いて前記圧力の前記大きさを決定するように構成される校正器を含む、請求項4記載のセンサ。
- 前記単一の電気活性層は少なくとも1つの量子トンネル複合体、ナノチューブドープインク又はドープカーボンインクを備える、請求項1記載のセンサ。
- 単一の電気活性層は第2の基板上に印刷され、並びに前記基板上及び第1及び第2の導電素子上に薄層にされたドープカーボンインクを備える、請求項1記載のセンサ。
- 前記第1及び第2の導電素子は渦巻パターンを有する、請求項1記載のセンサ。

- 前記第1のフィンガーは第1の幹線から延び、前記第2のフィンガーは第2の幹線から延びる、請求項14記載のセンサ。
- 前記第1の幹線は第1のくぼみを有し、前記第2の幹線は第2のくぼみを有し、前記くぼみは互いに向き合う、請求項15記載のセンサ。
- 前記第1のフィンガーは前記第2のくぼみに延びる前記第2のフィンガーと反対方向に、前記第1のくぼみに延びる、請求項16記載のセンサ。
- 前記フィンガー及び幹は円形の圧力領域を定義する、請求項17記載のセンサ。
- 第1及び第2のフィンガーの少なくとも1つの対は、第1及び第2の他の対よりも狭い間隔を有する、請求項10記載のセンサ。

- 前記単一の電気活性層は接着層を用いて前記第1及び第2の導電素子に対向して接着される、請求項32記載のセンサ。
- 前記接着層は少なくとも5ミクロンの厚みである、請求項33記載のセンサ。
- 前記接着層は液体又は圧力感知接着剤の少なくとも1つである、請求項34記載のセンサ。
- 前記単一の電気活性層上に堆積されたコーティングを更に備える、請求項1記載のセンサ。
- 前記コーティングは水に不浸透性である、請求項36記載のセンサ。
