Description
ポリプロピレングリコール(PPG、Mw=2,000)及びイソホロンジイソシアネート(IPDI、isophoron diisocyanate)を重合反応させ、ウレタン系硬化性オリゴマー(Mw=40,000〜100,000)を製造した。前記ウレタン系硬化性オリゴマー40重量部、2―EHA(エチルヘキシルアクリレート)35重量部及びHEA(ヒドロキシエチルアクリレート)25重量部を混合し、これに光開始剤として1―ヒドロキシシクロヘキシルフェニルケトン(Irgacure 184、HCPK)、及びその他添加剤としてカップリング剤を含む粘着剤組成物を準備した後、前記粘着剤組成物に対して示差走査熱量測定法(DSC、differential scanning calorimetry)を用いてガラス転移温度を測定した結果を下記の表1に記載した。前記粘着剤組成物は、ポリエチレンテレフタレートフィルム(厚さ:75μm)の一面にUV硬化させた後、厚さが100μmになるようにバーコーターを用いてコーティングした。その後、UVランプを用いて紫外線を10分間照射して硬化させることによって、粘着フィルムを製造した。
下記の表1のように粘着剤組成物の含量比を変更した点を除いては、実施例1と同一の方法で粘着フィルムを製造した。
ポリプロピレングリコール(PPG、Mw=2,000)及びイソホロンジイソシアネート(IPDI、isophoron diisocyanate)を重合反応させ、ウレタン系硬化性オリゴマー(Mw=40,000〜100,000)を製造した。前記ウレタン系硬化性オリゴマー10重量部、2―EHA(エチルヘキシルアクリレート)65重量部及びIBOA(イソボニルアクリレート)25重量部を混合し、これに光開始剤として1―ヒドロキシシクロヘキシルフェニルケトン(Irgacure 184、HCPK)、及びその他添加剤としてカップリング剤を含む粘着剤組成物を準備した後、前記粘着剤組成物に対して示差走査熱量測定法(DSC、differential scanning calorimetry)を用いてガラス転移温度を測定した結果を下記の表1に記載した。前記粘着剤組成物は、ポリエチレンテレフタレートフィルム(厚さ:75μm)の一面にUV硬化させた後、厚さが100μmになるようにバーコーターを用いてコーティングした。その後、UVランプを用いて紫外線を10分間照射して硬化させることによって、粘着フィルムを製造した。
2―EHA(エチルヘキシルアクリレート)65重量部、IBOA(イソボニルアクリレート)15重量部及びヒドロキシエチルアクリレート20重量部を混合し、これに光開始剤として1―ヒドロキシシクロヘキシルフェニルケトン(Irgacure 184、HCPK)、及びその他添加剤としてカップリング剤を含む粘着剤組成物を準備した後、前記粘着剤組成物に対して示差走査熱量測定法(DSC、differential scanning calorimetry)を用いてガラス転移温度を測定した結果を下記の表1に記載した。前記粘着剤組成物は、ポリエチレンテレフタレートフィルム(厚さ:75μm)の一面にUV硬化させた後、厚さが100μmになるようにバーコーターを用いてコーティングした。その後、UVランプを用いて紫外線を10分間照射して硬化させることによって、粘着フィルムを製造した。
実施例1―3及び比較例1―4で製作された粘着フィルムに対して下記の物性を測定し、その結果を表2に記載した。
せん断貯蔵弾性率(Shear storage Modulus)は、ARES―G2レオメーター(Rheometer)(TA Instruments)を用いて下記の条件下で測定した:
実施例1―2及び比較例1で製作された粘着フィルムに対して物性分析機(Texture Analyser、TA XT Plus、Stable micro systems社)を用いて1000g重の力を5分間加えた後、時間による変形の程度を測定し、その結果を図6に示した。
実施例1―3及び比較例1―4に対して高温高湿(温度85℃、湿度85%)の条件下で24時間貯蔵した後、常温で1時間後の曲げ程度を測定し、その結果を下記の表2に記載した。
前記クリープ試験結果から実施例1―2及び比較例1で製作された粘着フィルムに対して応力と変形の比に計算される緩和弾性率(relaxation modulus)を評価し、その結果を図7に示した。
実施例1―3と比較例1―4で製作された粘着フィルムに対して、プラスチック基材とITOフィルムとの間に付着し、高温高湿(85℃、85%湿度)の条件で24時間保管した後、外観評価時に気泡の発生程度を肉眼で観察し、下記の評価基準によって判断し、その結果を下記の表2に示した。
良好:気泡がほとんど発生していない。
不良:気泡が多量発生している。

- 組成物のガラス転移温度が−20℃〜−50℃で、
前記組成物の硬化物の弾性率(modulus)は、60℃〜80℃で50,000Pa〜70,000Paであるウレタン系タッチパネル用粘着剤組成物。 - ウレタン系硬化性化合物、(メタ)アクリル酸エステル系単量体及び架橋性単量体を含む、請求項1に記載のウレタン系タッチパネル用粘着剤組成物。
- 前記ウレタン系硬化性化合物100重量部に対して(メタ)アクリル酸エステル系単量体5重量部〜100重量部を含む、請求項2に記載のウレタン系タッチパネル用粘着剤組成物。
- 前記ウレタン系硬化性化合物100重量部に対して架橋性単量体0.01重量部〜10重量部を含む、請求項2に記載のウレタン系タッチパネル用粘着剤組成物。
- 前記(メタ)アクリル酸エステル単量体がアルキル(メタ)アクリレートで、前記アルキル(メタ)アクリレートのアルキルは、線形または分枝型C1―C14アルキルである、請求項2に記載のウレタン系タッチパネル用粘着剤組成物。
- 前記(メタ)アクリル酸エステル単量体は、メチル(メタ)アクリレート、エチル(メタ)アクリレート、n―プロピル(メタ)アクリレート、イソプロピル(メタ)アクリレート、n―ブチル(メタ)アクリレート、t―ブチル(メタ)アクリレート、sec―ブチル(メタ)アクリレート、ペンチル(メタ)アクリレート、2―エチルヘキシル(メタ)アクリレート、2―エチルブチル(メタ)アクリレート、n―オクチル(メタ)アクリレート、イソオクチル(メタ)アクリレート、イソボニル(メタ)アクリレート、イソノニル(メタ)アクリレート及びこれらの組み合わせからなる群から選ばれた一つを含む、請求項2に記載のウレタン系タッチパネル用粘着剤組成物。

- 前記基材層は、ポリエチレンテレフタレート、ポリテトラフルオロエチレン、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、ポリブテン、ポリブタジエン、塩化ビニル共重合体、ポリウレタン、エチレン―ビニルアセテート、エチレン―プロピレン共重合体、エチレン―アクリル酸エチル共重合体、エチレン―アクリル酸メチル共重合体、ポリイミド及びこれらの組み合わせからなる群から選ばれた一つを含む、請求項14に記載の粘着フィルム。
- 前記基材層の一面または両面に粘着剤層及び離型フィルム層が順次積層された、請求項14に記載の粘着フィルム。
- 一面に導電層が形成された伝導性プラスチックフィルム;及び
前記導電層に付着し、請求項1〜請求項10のいずれか1項によるタッチパネル用粘着剤組成物の硬化物を含む粘着剤層;を含むタッチパネル。 - 前記伝導性プラスチックフィルムは、導電性金属酸化物層が一面に形成されたポリエチレンテレフタレートフィルムである、請求項17に記載のタッチパネル。
