窒素ガスが還流され、温度調節が容易になるように冷却装置を設けた1L反応器に、エチルヘキシルアクリレート(EHA)55重量部;イソボルニルアクリレート(IBOA)20重量部;及び2−ヒドロキシエチルアクリレート(HEA)25重量部を投入して部分重合させることにより、粘度が3500cpsのシロップを得た。前記の部分重合されたアクリル系樹脂(A)の重量平均分子量は120万だった。
窒素ガスが還流され、温度調節が容易になるように冷却装置を設けた1L反応器に、エチルヘキシルアクリレート(EHA)55重量部;イソボルニルアクリレート(IBOA)30重量部;及び2−ヒドロキシエチルアクリレート(HEA)15重量部を投入し、溶剤としてエチルアセテート(EAc)を投入した。次いで、連鎖移動剤としてn−オクチルメルカプタン0.06重量部を投入し、酸素除去のために窒素ガスを1時間程度パージングした後、反応温度92℃に昇温させた。その後、混合物を均一にし、反応開始剤としてエチルアセテートに50%濃度で希釈させたアゾビスイソブチロニトリル(AIBN)0.03重量部を投入した。次いで、前記混合物を反応させて20分間重合させた後、常温に冷却させ、重合抑制剤としてハイドロキノン0.005重量部を投入させて部分重合した。前記の部分重合された溶剤型アクリル系樹脂(B)の重量平均分子量は120万だった。
製造例1で製造された部分重合されたアクリル系樹脂(A)100重量部に対して、多官能性架橋剤であるヘキサンジオールジアクリレート0.1、カップリング剤(KBM403、Shin-Etsu(製))0.2重量部、ウレタンアクリレート1.5重量部及び光開始剤(Irgacure651、Ciba Specialty Chemicals(製))0.3重量部を配合して粘度1,500〜2,500cpsのコーティング液を製造した。次いで、製造されたコーティング液を離型処理されたポリエチレンテレフタレートフィルム(厚さ:75μm)に、UV硬化後の厚さが100μmになるようにバーコーターを用いてコーティングした。その後、UVランプを用いて紫外線を10分間照射して硬化させることにより粘着フィルムを製造した。
多官能性架橋剤であるヘキサンジオールジアクリレートの含量を0.005重量部で使用した点を除いては、実施例1と同様の方式で粘着フィルムを製造した。
ウレタンアクリレートを添加しない点を除いては、実施例1と同様の方式で粘着フィルムを製造した。
製造例2で製造された部分重合されたアクリル系樹脂(B)100重量部に対して、多官能性架橋剤であるイソシアネート系架橋剤(MDI)0.5重量部及びカップリング剤0.2重量部を配合して粘着剤組成物を製造し、これを溶剤で希釈してコーティング液を製造した。次いで、製造されたコーティング液を離型処理されたポリエチレンテレフタレートフィルム(厚さ:75μm)に、乾燥後の厚さが100μmになるようにバーコーターを用いてコーティングした。その後、約100℃の温度で約5分以上乾燥させ、適正条件で熟成させて粘着フィルムを製造した。
実施例及び比較例で製造された粘着剤を約7日間恒温恒湿室(23℃,60%R.H.)で保管した。次いで、粘着剤0.3gを採取して、これをステンレス200メッシュ鉄網に入れ、100mLのエチルアセテートに沈積させた後、常温の暗室で24時間保管した。次いで、不溶解分を分離した後、前記を120℃のオーブンで4時間乾燥し、その乾燥質量を測定した。その後、前記の各質量の測定結果を前述の式3に代入してゲル含量を測定した。
実施例及び比較例で製造された粘着フィルムの離型フィルムを剥離した後、ガラスに付着させ、1in×1in(横×縦)の大きさに裁断して試片を製造した。その後、前記試片を人工皮脂(ESTASAN3580、Kosher(製))に10分間浸漬させ、前記試片の側面、つまり粘着剤とガラス間の接着界面を通じて浸透された人工皮脂の浸透距離を、バーニアキャリパーを用いて測定した。
実施例及び比較例で製造された粘着フィルムに対する前記人工皮脂の浸透距離を基にして、下記のような基準で耐化学性を評価した。

Claims (16)
- 重量平均分子量が100万以上である、部分重合されたアクリル系樹脂;
ヘキサンジオールジ(メタ)アクリレート、トリメチロールプロパントリオキシエチルジ(メタ)アクリレート、アルキレングリコールジ(メタ)アクリレート、ジアルキレングリコールジ(メタ)アクリレート、トリアルキレングリコールジ(メタ)アクリレート、ジシクロペンテニルジ(メタ)アクリレート、ジシクロペンテニルオキシエチルジ(メタ)アクリレート、ネオペンチルグリコールジ(メタ)アクリレート、ジペンタエリトリトールヘキサジ(メタ)アクリレート、トリメチロールプロパントリ(メタ)アクリレート及びペンタエリトリトールトリ(メタ)アクリレートからなる群から選ばれる一つ以上である、多官能(メタ)アクリレートからなる多官能性架橋剤;
及びウレタンアクリレートを含み、
下記式1及び2の条件を満たすタッチパネル用粘着剤組成物:

前記式1及び2で、X1は前記粘着剤組成物の硬化物である粘着剤のゲル含量を表し、X2は前記粘着剤組成物の硬化物である粘着剤層をガラス基材間に付着させて製造した1in×1inの試片を人工皮脂に10分間浸漬した後測定した、試片の側面を通じて浸透された人工皮脂の浸透距離を表す。 - 部分重合されたアクリル系樹脂が、重合度が5%〜60%である、請求項1に記載のタッチパネル用粘着剤組成物。
- 部分重合されたアクリル系樹脂が、(メタ)アクリル酸エステル系単量体及び架橋性単量体を含む単量体混合物の重合体である、請求項1に記載のタッチパネル用粘着剤組成物。
- (メタ)アクリル酸エステル系単量体が、アルキル(メタ)アクリレートである、請求項3に記載のタッチパネル用粘着剤組成物。
- 架橋性単量体が、ヒドロキシル基含有単量体、カルボキシル基含有単量体又は窒素含有単量体である、請求項3に記載のタッチパネル用粘着剤組成物。
- 多官能性架橋剤が、部分重合されたアクリル系樹脂100重量部に対して、0.01重量部〜10重量部で含まれる、請求項1に記載のタッチパネル用粘着剤組成物。
- ウレタンアクリレートが、部分重合されたアクリル系樹脂100重量部に対して、0.1重量部〜10重量部で含まれる、請求項1に記載のタッチパネル用粘着剤組成物。
- 光開始剤をさらに含む、請求項1に記載のタッチパネル用粘着剤組成物。
- 光開始剤が、ベンゾイン系開始剤、ヒドロキシケトン系開始剤又はアミノケトン系開始剤である、請求項8に記載のタッチパネル用粘着剤組成物。
- 基材フィルム;及び前記基材フィルムの一方の面又は両面に形成され、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の粘着剤組成物の硬化物を含む粘着剤層を含む、タッチパネル用粘着フィルム。
- 粘着剤層が、厚さが50μm〜300μmである、請求項10に記載のタッチパネル用粘着フィルム。
- 基材フィルムが、ポリエチレンテレフタレートフィルム、ポリテトラフルオロエチレンフィルム、ポリエチレンフィルム、ポリプロピレンフィルム、ポリブテンフィルム、ポリブタジエンフィルム、塩化ビニル共重合体フィルム、ポリウレタンフィルム、エチレン−ビニルアセテートフィルム、エチレン−プロピレン共重合体フィルム、エチレン−アクリル酸エチル共重合体フィルム、エチレン−アクリル酸メチル共重合体フィルム及びポリイミドフィルムからなる群から選ばれた一つ以上である、請求項10に記載のタッチパネル用粘着フィルム。
- 基材フィルムが、厚さが25μm〜300μmである、請求項10に記載のタッチパネル用粘着フィルム。
- 粘着剤層上に離型フィルムをさらに含む、請求項10に記載のタッチパネル用粘着フィルム。
- 一方の面に導電層が形成されている電導性プラスチックフィルム;及び前記電導性プラスチックフィルムの導電層に付着されており、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の粘着剤組成物の硬化物を含む粘着剤層を含む、タッチパネル。
- 電導性プラスチックフィルムが、一方の面にITO層が形成されているポリエチレンテレフタレートフィルムである、請求項15に記載のタッチパネル。
