Description
Claims (10)
- 流体流を制御するための装置であって、
本体を含み、該本体が流入ポート、流出ポート、前記流入ポートと前記流出ポートとの間に位置付けられた孔、および螺刻プラグを有して、該螺刻プラグがその内部にボアを規定し、前記ボアが前記流出ポートまたは前記流入ポートのうちの少なくとも1つに流体的に接続されている、流体調節器と、
前記流体調節器に連結されて前記ボアと流体的に連通し、前記本体内の流体を前記本体から取り出し可能なバルブと、
前記バルブに接続され、前記バルブを作動可能なアクチュエータと、
前記本体内の流体のサンプルを取り出すため、前記アクチュエータにより前記バルブを自動的に作動させるべく配置されたプロセス制御器と
を備える、流体流を制御するための装置。 - 前記ボアは螺刻カップリングを受容するよう構成されている、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記ボアの開口部は前記流入ポートまたは前記流出ポートのうちの1つの表面に近接している、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記バルブはボールバルブを備える、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記プロセス制御器は、前記本体内の前記流体のサンプルを取り出すために、時間間隔に基づいて前記バルブを作動させる、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記の取り出されたサンプルは1つまたは複数の保存容器内に保存される、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記1つまたは複数の保存容器内の前記サンプルの少なくとも1部分をテストするための流体テスタをさらに備える、請求項6に記載の装置。
- 前記バルブは迅速交換式カップリングをさらに備える、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 請求項1の装置を使用して流体調節器内の流体を取り出すための方法であって、
前記バルブを通じて前記流体調節器内から流体の流れを許容すべく前記バルブを開放する工程と、
前記流体調節器内からの流体の流れを実質的に妨げるべく前記バルブを閉じる工程と、
を含む方法。 - 前記バルブの迅速交換式カップリングに流路を接続する工程をさらに含む、請求項9に記載の方法。
