Claims (13)
- 正極、負極、及び前記正極と負極との間に介在した分離膜を有する電極組立体が電池ケースに内蔵されている、2つ以上の電池セルが、直列または並列接続されている電池組合体であって、前記電池セル間の直列または並列接続部位において、第1電池セルの電極端子と第2電池セルの電極端子は1つの部材であり、該一つの部材を介して接続されており、
前記一つの部材は一つの電極リードであり、
前記各電池セルは、電極組立体の極板からそれぞれ延びた電極タブが前記1つの部材である電極リードの一端に結合されている構造からなっており、前記電池セル間の直列または並列接続部位において、第1電池セルの電極タブ及び第2電池セルの電極タブは前記1つの部材である電極リードの両端にそれぞれ結合されている構造からなることを特徴とする、電池組合体。 - 前記電池セルは板状の電池セルであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池組合体。
- 前記板状の電池セルは、金属層と樹脂層を含むラミネートシートのケースに電極組立体を内蔵した後、外周面を熱融着シールした構造からなることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の電池組合体。
- 前記電極組立体は、巻き取り型、スタック型またはスタック/フォールディング型構造からなることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池組合体。
- 前記電池セルの並列接続において、前記電池セルの電極端子は、アルミニウムからなる正極端子とニッケルメッキ銅からなる負極端子とで構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池組合体。
- 前記電池セルは、正極端子及び負極端子が電池ケースの両端に対向する構造からなることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池組合体。
- 請求項1乃至6のいずれかに記載の電池組合体を1つ以上含むことを特徴とする、電池モジュール。
- 前記電池モジュールを構成する電池セルは、2単位の電池セルが電池組合体として構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記電池組合体の電池セルは積層配列されており、前記電池セル相互間の直列または並列接続部位において電極端子は、電池セルの積層配列のために折れ曲がっていることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記電池組合体の電池セルは、積層された電池セルの外面が、相互結合される一対のセルカバーによって覆われていることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の電池モジュール。
- 電池組合体相互間の電気的接続は、第1電池組合体における1つの電池セルの電極端子と、第2電池組合体における1つの電池セルの電極端子とが直接結合されて達成されることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の電池モジュール。
- 請求項11に記載の電池モジュールを含むことを特徴とする、デバイス。
- 前記デバイスは、電気自動車、ハイブリッド電気自動車、プラグインハイブリッド電気自動車または電力貯蔵装置であることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載のデバイス。
