Description
表1は実施例1に用いたチオ尿素含有水(酸化チタン光触媒製造排水)の組成を示している。実施例1に用いたチオ尿素含有水(酸化チタン光触媒製造排水)は、特許文献1の段落〔0044〕中の中和処理後のろ液およびその洗浄水を模擬したものであり、反応条件の10倍希釈液である。
実施例1で用いた模擬排水に、10g−NaOH/LとなるようにNaOHを添加した後、アンモニアストリッピング処理を行った。アンモニアストリッピング処理で気相へ移行したアンモニアガスは、冷却してアンモニウム水溶液として回収した。アンモニアストリッピング処理により、原水の約96%のアンモニアが回収された。アンモニアストリッピング処理後の模擬排水を、日東電工製 有機物低排除逆浸透膜(チオ尿素が素通りする逆浸透膜)ES20で処理した。その逆浸透膜ES20の透過水の水質を表5に示し、その逆浸透膜ES20の濃縮水の水質を表6に示す。

Claims (9)
- チオ尿素含有水を脱塩処理することによってチオ尿素含有水に含まれるチオ尿素以外のイオン性物質を除去し、
脱塩処理された後のチオ尿素含有水に含まれるチオ尿素を有機物排除率の高い逆浸透膜によって濃縮して回収することを特徴とするチオ尿素含有水の処理方法。 - ろ過、イオン交換樹脂、電気透析、電気再生式脱塩装置および/または有機物排除率の低い逆浸透膜による脱塩処理によって、チオ尿素含有水に含まれるチオ尿素以外のイオン性物質を除去することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のチオ尿素含有水の処理方法。
- 脱塩処理された後のチオ尿素含有水に含まれるチオ尿素を、有機物排除率の高い逆浸透膜によって濃縮すると共に、蒸発によって濃縮して回収することを特徴とする請求項2に記載のチオ尿素含有水の処理方法。
- 疎水性吸着剤によってチオ尿素含有水に含まれる疎水性有機物を吸着処理すると共に、チオ尿素含有水を脱塩処理することによってチオ尿素含有水に含まれるチオ尿素以外のイオン性物質を除去することを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のチオ尿素含有水の処理方法。
- 脱塩処理を行う前に、沈殿処理および/またはろ過処理を行うことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のチオ尿素含有水の処理方法。
- チオ尿素含有水が金属およびアンモニアを含む場合に、
脱塩処理を行う前に、まず最初に、チオ尿素含有水に含まれる金属イオンを弱酸性カチオン樹脂またはキレート樹脂によって分離し、
金属イオンが分離された後のチオ尿素含有水に含まれるアンモニアをアンモニアストリッピング処理によって回収し、
アンモニアストリッピング処理によってアンモニアが回収された後のチオ尿素含有水を脱塩処理することを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のチオ尿素含有水の処理方法。 - チオ尿素含有水が金属およびアンモニアを含む場合に、
脱塩処理を行う前に、まず最初に、チオ尿素含有水に含まれる金属イオンを弱酸性カチオン樹脂またはキレート樹脂によって回収し、
金属イオンが回収された後のチオ尿素含有水に含まれるアンモニアをアンモニアストリッピング処理によって回収し、
アンモニアストリッピング処理によってアンモニアが回収された後のチオ尿素含有水を脱塩処理することを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のチオ尿素含有水の処理方法。 - アンモニアストリッピング処理によってアンモニアが回収された後のチオ尿素含有水を電気透析によって脱塩処理し、
電気透析時に陰極側に移動したアルカリをアンモニアストリッピング処理に戻すことを特徴とする請求項6又は7に記載のチオ尿素含有水の処理方法。 - チオ尿素含有水を脱塩処理することによってチオ尿素含有水に含まれるチオ尿素以外のイオン性物質を除去する脱塩処理部と、
前記脱塩処理部によって脱塩処理された後のチオ尿素含有水に含まれるチオ尿素を有機物排除率の高い逆浸透膜によって濃縮して回収するチオ尿素濃縮部とを具備することを特徴とするチオ尿素含有水の処理装置。
