Description
変調度Kmdが0.78よりも大きくなると、矩形波電圧制御モードへの遷移が指示される。
電流idとの差ΔId(ΔId=Idcom−id)、ならびにq軸電流指令値Iqcomと算出された実際のq軸電流iqとの差ΔIq(ΔIq=Iqcom−iq)が入力される。電流フィードバック部230は、d軸電流差ΔIdおよびq軸電流差ΔIqのそれぞれについて、所定ゲインによるPI(比例積分)演算を行なって制御偏差を求め、この制御偏差に応じたd軸電圧指令値Vd♯およびq軸電圧指令値Vq♯を生成する。さらに、電流フィードバック部230は、交流電動モータM1の回転角θを用いた座標変換(2相→3相)によって、d軸電圧指令値Vd♯およびq軸電圧指令値Vq♯をU相、V相、W相の各相電圧指令Vu,Vv,Vwに変換するとともに、各相電圧指令値Vu,Vv,Vwに従ってスイッチング制御信号S3〜S8を発生する。インバータ14がスイッチング制御信号S3〜S8に従ったスイッチング動作により、交流電動モータM1の各相に疑似正弦波電圧が生成される。
変調度フィードバック部330は、式2に従って算出された補正項VHiを用いて、次回の補正電圧VHhoseiを算出する。この補正電圧VHhoseiが次回に算出される必要電圧tVHに加算されて、次の要求電圧VHreqが算出される。
Claims (4)
- 電圧を変換して出力するコンバータと、前記コンバータから出力された直流電力を交流電力に変換するインバータと、前記インバータから供給される交流電力により駆動するモータとが搭載された車両の制御装置であって、
前記インバータの変調度を所定の目標変調度に近付けるための前記コンバータの出力電圧としての要求電圧を算出するための第1の算出手段と、
前記モータの目標トルクを実現し得る前記コンバータの出力電圧の最低値としての最低電圧を前記モータの目標トルクから算出するための第2の算出手段と、
前記コンバータの出力電圧が、前記要求電圧と前記最低電圧とのうちの大きい方の値に近づくように前記コンバータを制御するための制御手段とを備える、車両の制御装置。 - 前記第1の算出手段は、PWM制御の適用時において、
前記モータの目標トルクを実現するために必要な前記コンバータの出力電圧として前記モータの目標トルクから算出される必要電圧に、目標システム電圧から現在の前記出力電圧を減算した偏差をフィードバック制御するための比例項と積分項とを加算することにより、前記要求電圧を繰り返し算出し、
前記目標システム電圧は、前記目標変調度に対する現在の前記変調度の比と前記現在の出力電圧を乗算することによって求められる、請求項1に記載の車両の制御装置。 - 前記第1の算出手段は、矩形波電圧制御の適用時において、
前記モータの目標トルクを実現するために必要な前記コンバータの出力電圧として前記モータの目標トルクから算出される必要電圧に、前記モータのd軸電流およびq軸電流から算出された電圧差をフィードバック制御するための比例項と積分項とを加算することにより、前記要求電圧を繰り返し算出し、
前記電圧差は、前記d軸電流および前記q軸電流の二次元座標上に予め設定されたマップに従って算出される、請求項1記載の車両の制御装置。 - 前記第1の算出手段は、前記最低電圧が前記要求電圧よりも大きいと、前記最低電圧から前記必要電圧と前記比例項とを減算した値を前記積分項として用いて、次の要求電圧を算出する、請求項2または3に記載の車両の制御装置。
