Description
Claims (3)
- 質量%で、B:2.2〜3.0%、Si:3.0〜5.0%、Mo:18〜25%、Cu:1〜15%、C:0.01〜0.50%を含み残部Niおよび不可避的不純物からなり、かつ、B含有量に対するMo含有量の質量比が7〜9である組成の溶湯を調整する工程と、
前記溶湯から溶湯噴霧法により原料粉末を製造する工程と、
前記原料粉末を焼結する工程と、
を備えたNi基耐食耐摩耗合金の製造方法。 - 前記焼結する工程において、前記Ni基耐食耐摩耗合金を鉄鋼または鋳鉄からなる基材と一体化することを特徴とする、請求項1記載のNi耐食耐摩耗合金の製造方法。
- 少なくとも樹脂と接触する部分が前記Ni耐食耐摩耗合金により形成されている樹脂成形機部品を製造するために用いられることを特徴とする、請求項1または2記載のNi耐食耐摩耗合金の製造方法。
