nは、2〜10、有利に3〜4の整数であり、
mは、1〜5、有利に1〜2の整数であり、
kは、1〜3、有利に1の整数である〕で示されるかかるシラン化合物である。
m、nは、0または1であり、
AおよびBは、C1〜C4アルキルまたはフェニル基によって置換された第三級C原子であり、
R1、R2は、水素またはオルト位またはパラ位でのC1〜C6アルキル基であり、このアルキル基は、場合により1〜3個のフェニル基、ハロゲン、カルボキシル基またはこのカルボキシル基の遷移金属塩によって置換されていてよく、および
R3、R4は、水素またはm+nが1を表わす場合には、オルト位またはパラ位のメチル基であるか、またはオルト位またはパラ位の第三級C3〜C9アルキル基であり、このアルキル基は、場合により、m+nが0または1を表わす場合には、1〜3個のフェニル基によって置換されていてよい〕で示される、0.05〜3質量%、特に0.5〜1.5質量%、殊に0.5〜1質量%の量での芳香族第二級アミンである。

4,4’−ビス(α−メチルベンズヒドリル)ジフェニルアミン、
4−(1,1,3,3−テトラメチルブチル)4’−トリフェニルメチルジフェニルアミン、
4,4’−ビス(α,α−p−トリメチルベンジル)ジフェニルアミン、
2,4,4’−トリス(α,α−ジメチルベンジル)ジフェニルアミン、
2,2’−ジブロモ,4,4’−ビス(α,α−ジメチルベンジル)ジフェニルアミン、4,4’−ビス(α,α−ジメチルベンジル)−2−カルボキシジフェニルアミニ−ニッケル−4,4’−ビス(α,α−ジメチルベンジル)ジフェニルアミン、
2−第二ブチル−4,4’−ビス(α,α−ジメチルベンジル)ジフェニルアミン、
4,4’−ビス(α,α−ジメチルベンジル)−2−(α−メチルヘプチル)ジフェニルアミン、
2−(α−メチルペンチル)4,4’−ジトリチルジフェニルアミン、
4−α,α−ジメチルベンジル−4’−イソプロポキシジフェニルアミン、
2−(α−メチルヘプチル)−4’−(α,α−ジメチルベンジル)ジフェニルアミン、2−(α−メチルペンチル)−4’−トリジフェニルアミン、
4,4’−ビス(第三ブチル)ジフェニルアミンならびに:
家庭用品、電子構成部品、医療用機器、自動車構成部品、電子機器のケーシング、自動車内の電子構成部品のケーシング、フェンダー、ドアパネル、ホイール取り巻き品、テールゲート、スポイラー、吸気マニホールド、水タンク、他のタンク、ファンインペラーおよびファンケーシング、ホース、ポンプ構成部品、油受、エンジン取付け部品、電動工具のハウジング、電子構成部品(一般的な)のケーシング、電子構成部品(例えば、コイル、回路板、センサー)の挿入取付け部品。
次の成分を使用した:
成分a1):
ISO 307により25℃で96質量%の硫酸中の0.5質量%の溶液として測定した、180ml/gの粘度数VZを有するポリアミド 66。(BASF SE社のUltramid(登録商標)A27を使用した。)
成分a2):
ISO 307により25℃で96質量%の硫酸中の0.5質量%の溶液として測定した、144ml/gの粘度数VZを有するポリアミド 6.10。(Nexis Fiber AG社のStaba−mid(登録商標)7030を使用した。)
成分B
PAのための細断したガラス繊維、直径10μm。
C/1ステアリン酸カルシウム
C/2モンタン酸
C/3酸化されたポリエチレンワックス(Luwax(登録商標)OA 5 BASF SE)

カーボンブラック33質量%およびポリエチレン67質量%を有するカーボンブラックバッチ
ブラックバッチ E/2
ニグロシン塩基SAPL40質量%(Orient Chemicals社のNigrosinを使用した)およびPA6 60質量%
前記成分を二軸押出機(ZSK40)上で290℃で配合し(レベル温度プロファイル、通過量30kg/h)、水浴中に押し出し、造粒し、かつ乾燥した。
乾燥された造粒物を射出成形機上で溶融温度290℃(金型温度80℃)で標準ISOダンベル試験体(厚さ4mm)および試験体の中央部に溶接線を有する標準ダンベル試験体(厚さ4mm)(ISO 527−2/1 A/5による引張試験に関連する試験体)に加工した。
- 標準ISOダンベル試験体を用いるCaCl2応力亀裂試験
- 試験体:標準ISOダンベル試験体(厚さ4mm)
- 予備状態調節:射出成形後のダンベル試験体を80℃で6日間水中に浸漬し、次に80℃で乾燥キャビネット中に窒素流の下で乾燥した。
- 予備状態調節後、ダンベル試験体を曲がっているジグ上に、この試験体の縁部繊維の伸びが2%であるように締め付ける。
- 曲がっているジグ上のダンベル試験体を飽和CaCl2溶液(室温)中に30分間浸漬し、
- 曲がっているジグ上のダンベル試験体を乾燥キャビネット中で130℃で2時間貯蔵し、
- 曲がっているジグ上のダンベル試験体を周囲空気(室温)中に4時間貯蔵し、
- 曲がっているジグ上のダンベル試験体を空調キャビネット中に50℃および95%の空気湿度で17.5時間、貯蔵する。
- 溶接線を有するダンベル試験体に関するCaCl2応力亀裂試験、
- 試験体:溶接線を有するダンベル試験体(厚さ4mm)、
- 射出成形されたダンベル試験体を曲がっているジグ上で、この試験体の縁部繊維の伸びが1%であるように締め付ける。
- 曲がっているジグ上のダンベル試験体を飽和CaCl2溶液(室温)中に30分間浸漬し、
- 曲がっているジグ上のダンベル試験体を乾燥キャビネット中で130℃で2時間貯蔵し、
- 曲がっているジグ上のダンベル試験体を周囲空気(室温)中に4時間貯蔵し、
- 曲がっているジグ上のダンベル試験体を空調キャビネット中に50℃および95%の空気湿度で17.5時間、貯蔵する。
Claims (5)
- 耐応力亀裂性および耐蝕性の成形品を製造するための、
A)
a1)ポリアミド6.6またはポリアミド4.6またはポリアミド6またはこれらの混合物40〜70質量%、
a2)アミド基に対するメチレン基の比率7〜12を有するポリアミド30〜60質量%
からなる混合物10〜98.8質量%、
B)繊維状または粒子状充填剤1〜50質量%、
C)イオン不含の滑剤0.05〜3質量%、
D)熱安定剤0.05〜3質量%、
E)他の添加剤0〜40質量%
を含有する、但し、A)〜E)ならびにa1)およびa2)の質量%の総和は、100%であり、
前記成分D)は、モル比1:4のCuI/KIからなるか、又は、芳香族第二級アミンからなり、かつ、成分は、100%のA)に対して、
a1)60〜50質量%の量で、および
a2)40〜50質量%の量で
成形材料中に含有されている、熱可塑性成形材料の使用。 - 熱可塑性成形材料は、CaCl2および/または塩化亜鉛またはこれらの水溶液に対して安定性である成形体を製造するために使用される、請求項1記載の使用。
- 成分C)は、酸化されたポリオレフィンワックス、または10〜44個のC原子を有する高級脂肪酸である、請求項1又は2に記載の使用。
- 請求項1から3までのいずれか1項に記載の使用可能な成形材料から得られる成形体、繊維またはフィルム。
- 成形体が家庭用品、電子構成部品、医療用機器、自動車構成部品、電子機器のケーシング、自動車内の電子構成部品のケーシング、ホイール取り巻き品、ドアパネル、テールゲート、スポイラー、吸気マニホールド、水タンク、他のタンク、ファンインペラーおよびファンケーシング、ホース、ポンプ構成部品、油受、エンジン取付け部品、電動工具のハウジング、電子構成部品のケーシング、電子構成部品の挿入取付け部品として使用される、請求項4に記載の成形体。
