Claims (10)
- 放射線を光に変換するシンチレータと、シンチレータが発光する光を電気信号に変換する複数の画素が二次元に配列された検出面を有し、前記検出面が前記シンチレータの一面と対面して配置される検出パネルとを備え、被写体を透過した放射線の照射を受けて前記被写体の放射線画像を検出する放射線画像検出器と、
前記シンチレータの前記一面が放射線の入射側となる向きで前記放射線画像検出器を収容する筐体本体と、前記放射線画像検出器に対して放射線を入射させる入射面に配置された天板とを有する筐体と、
前記天板の内面と密着するように前記筐体内に収容され、特定の方向に熱伝導異方性を有する異方性熱伝導板と、
を備えたことを特徴とする放射線撮影装置。 - 前記異方性熱伝導板は、炭素繊維を有するカーボン材料からなり、前記異方性熱伝導板の熱伝導異方性の方向とは、前記炭素繊維の繊維方向であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の放射線撮影装置。
- 前記天板及び前記異方性熱伝導板は、炭素繊維に樹脂を含浸させたプリプレグの積層体からなり、
前記異方性熱伝導板は、前記炭素繊維の方向が略同一となるように前記プリプレグが積層されており、
前記天板は、前記炭素繊維の方向が異なるように前記プリプレグが積層され、かつ前記天板の内面側の最表層のプリプレグの炭素繊維の方向が、前記異方性熱伝導板のプリプレグの炭素繊維方向と略同一であることを特徴とする請求項2記載の放射線撮影装置。 - 前記炭素繊維は、ピッチ系炭素繊維であることを特徴とする請求項3記載の放射線撮影装置。
- 前記検出パネルは、前記筐体内において、前記異方性熱伝導板の内面に固定されていることを特徴とする請求項4記載の放射線撮影装置。
- 前記検出パネルは、前記異方性熱伝導板の内面に貼り付けられていることを特徴とする請求項5記載の放射線撮影装置。
- 前記天板と異方性熱伝導板とを貼り合わせる第1の接着層と、前記検出パネルと前記異方性熱伝導板とを貼り合わせる第2の接着層との少なくともいずれか一方は、前記異方性熱伝導板のプリプレグの炭素繊維の繊維方向に直交する方向に配された複数の接着領域からなることを特徴とする請求項6記載の放射線撮影装置。
- 前記異方性熱伝導板の熱伝導方向は、前記検出パネルにおいて前記画素から電気信号を読み出すための信号線の延伸方向と異なる方向であることを特徴とする請求項1〜7いずれか記載の放射線撮影装置。
- 前記異方性熱伝導板は、熱伝導方向における側面に、吸熱部材が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1〜8いずれか記載の放射線撮影装置。
- 前記吸熱部材は、前記筐体と熱結合されていることを特徴とする請求項9記載の放射線撮影装置。
