Description
タイヤ骨格部材12は、熱可塑性材料を用いて、例えばタイヤ10のクラウン部24に対応した形状と、該クラウン部24のタイヤ軸方向両側から夫々タイヤ径方向内側に連なるサイド部26に対応した形状と、該サイド部26のタイヤ径方向内側に連なるビード部28に対応した形状とを有するように成型される。ビード部28には、ビードコア30が埋設される。このビードコア30の材料には、例えば金属、有機繊維、有機繊維を樹脂で被覆したもの、又は硬質樹脂が用いられる。なお、ビード部28の剛性が確保され、リム(図示せず)との嵌合に問題がなければ、ビードコア30を省略してもよい。
図1に示されるように、タイヤ骨格部材12の外周面12Aにクッションゴム14を配置する際、該外周面12Aに例えば1層又は2層の接着剤40を塗布することが好ましい。この接着剤40の塗布は、湿度70%以下の雰囲気で行うことが好ましい。接着剤40は、特定の種類に限定されるものではないが、例えばトリアジンチオール系のものを用いることができ、他には塩化ゴム系接着剤、フェノール樹脂系接着剤、イソシアネート系接着剤、ハロゲン化ゴム系接着剤等も用いることができる。
次に、図10から図13に示されるように、トレッドゴム16と、クッションゴム14と、少なくともタイヤ骨格部材12の該トレッドゴム16側とをエンベロープ18で覆って仮組品20を構成する。エンベロープ18は、気密性及び伸縮性を有し、熱及び化学的に適度に安定で、適度な強度を有する例えばゴム製の被覆部材である。エンベロープ18には、該エンベロープ18で覆われた領域内を真空引きすることで、トレッドゴム16をタイヤ骨格部材12側に押し付けるようにするための吸引口64が設けられている。吸引口64は、真空引き後における外部からエンベロープ18内への空気の流入を防止するための弁機構(図示せず)を有していることが望ましい。

Claims (8)
- 熱可塑性材料を用いてタイヤ骨格部材を形成し、
前記タイヤ骨格部材の外周面のうち、トレッドゴムが接着される範囲の少なくとも一部に、加硫済みのゴム層を設け、
該タイヤ骨格部材の前記外周面に、未加硫ゴムを配置し、
更に該未加硫ゴムのタイヤ直径方向外側に、加硫済み又は半加硫状態の前記トレッドゴムを配置し、
前記トレッドゴムと前記ゴム層の間に、前記未加硫ゴムを更に配置し、
前記トレッドゴムと、前記未加硫ゴムと、少なくとも前記タイヤ骨格部材の該トレッドゴム側とをエンベロープで覆って仮組品を構成し、
該仮組品を容器内に収容し、該容器内の加熱を行うことで、前記トレッドゴムを前記タイヤ骨格部材に接着するタイヤの製造方法。 - 前記容器内で加硫を行う際に、該容器内を加圧する請求項1に記載のタイヤの製造方法。
- 前記ゴム層は、前記タイヤ骨格部材のサイド部に設けられるサイドゴムを、該タイヤ骨格部材の前記外周面まで延設したものである請求項1又は請求項2に記載のタイヤの製造方法。
- 前記タイヤ骨格部材の前記外周面に、予め凹凸部を設けておき、前記未加硫ゴムが加硫後に該凹凸部と嵌まり合うようにする請求項1〜請求項3の何れか1項に記載のタイヤの製造方法。
- 熱可塑性材料を用いてタイヤ骨格部材を形成し、
前記タイヤ骨格部材の外周面のうち、トレッドゴムが接着される範囲の少なくとも一部に、該タイヤ骨格部材のサイド部に設けられるサイドゴムのトレッド側の端部であり、該サイドゴムを前記タイヤ骨格部材の前記外周面まで延在させてなる加硫済みのゴム層を設け、
該タイヤ骨格部材の前記外周面に、未加硫ゴムを配置し、
更に該未加硫ゴムのタイヤ直径方向外側に、加硫済み又は半加硫状態の前記トレッドゴムを配置し、
前記トレッドゴムと前記ゴム層の間に、前記未加硫ゴムを更に配置し、
前記トレッドゴムと、前記未加硫ゴムと、少なくとも前記タイヤ骨格部材の該トレッドゴム側とをエンベロープで覆った状態で加熱を行うことで、前記トレッドゴムが前記タイヤ骨格部材に接着されたタイヤ。 - タイヤ骨格部材が熱可塑性材料を用いて形成され、
該タイヤ骨格部材中にタイヤ周方向に延びるコードが配置され、
前記タイヤ骨格部材の外周面にクッションゴムが配置され、
更に該クッションゴムのタイヤ直径方向外側にトレッドゴムが配置され、
前記タイヤ骨格部材の外周面のうち、前記トレッドゴムが接着される範囲の少なくとも一部に、該タイヤ骨格部材のサイド部に設けられるサイドゴムのトレッド側の端部であり、該サイドゴムを前記タイヤ骨格部材の前記外周面まで延在させてなるゴム層が設けられ、
前記クッションゴムは、前記トレッドゴムと前記ゴム層との間、及び前記外周面のうち前記ゴム層が設けられていない領域と前記トレッドゴムとの間に設けられているタイヤ。 - 前記タイヤ骨格部材の前記外周面と前記クッションゴムとの間に接着剤が配置された請求項6に記載のタイヤ。
- 前記タイヤ骨格部材の前記外周面には、予め凹凸部が設けられており、
前記クッションゴムが加硫後に該凹凸部と嵌まり合っている請求項6に記載のタイヤ。
