Description
Claims (16)
- 接触物体がタッチ式装置に当てられる接触制御運動を検出するようになったタッチ式装置であって、
第1の電極結合面及び接触操作面を備えた第1の基板と、
前記第1の基板の前記第1の電極結合面上に形成された第1の電極パターンと、
第2の電極結合面を備えた第2の基板と、を有し、前記第2の基板は、前記第1の基板と対向する位置に配置され、更に、前記第2の電極結合面は、前記第1の電極結合面に面し、前記第2の基板の前記第2の電極結合面上に形成された第2の電極パターンを有し、前記第2の電極パターンは、前記第1の電極パターンに対向しており、
前記第1の電極パターン及び前記第2の電極パターンに電気的に接続されたマイクロプロセッサを有し、
前記タッチ式装置は、操作位置にある前記第1の基板が前記第1の電極パターンと前記第2の電極パターンを互いに接触させる場合では、抵抗型接触位置検出モードに設定され、当該場合以外では、容量型接触位置検出モードに設定されてなる、タッチ式装置。 - 前記容量型接触位置検出モードは、前記接触物体と前記第1の電極パターンとの間における電気的容量結合の変化を含み、更に、前記変化は、前記接触物体が前記第1の基板の前記接触操作面に作用する少なくとも1つの操作位置を決定するために前記マイクロプロセッサに与えられる、請求項1記載のタッチ式装置。
- 前記抵抗型接触位置検出モードは、前記第1の電極パターンと前記第2の電極パターンとを互いに接触させる操作位置での前記第1の基板の押下を含み、更に、前記接触は、前記第2の電極パターンの電圧の変化に従って、前記接触物体が前記第1の基板の前記接触操作面に作用する少なくとも1つの操作位置を決定するように前記マイクロプロセッサを設定する、請求項1記載のタッチ式装置。
- 前記第1の基板と前記第2の基板は、所定の距離だけ互いに離隔されている、請求項1記載のタッチ式装置。
- 前記第1の電極パターン及び前記第2の電極パターンの各々は、互いに平行であり且つ互いに間隔を置いて設けられた複数個のストリップ状電極を備える、請求項1記載のタッチ式装置。
- 前記第1の電極パターンの前記ストリップ状電極は、第1の走査回路を介して前記マイクロプロセッサに接続され、前記第2の電極パターンの前記ストリップ状電極は、第2の走査回路を介して前記マイクロプロセッサに接続されている、請求項5記載のタッチ式装置。
- 前記第1の走査回路及び前記第2の走査回路は、走査検出信号を前記マイクロプロセッサに送る、請求項6記載のタッチ式装置。
- 前記第1の電極パターンと前記第2の電極パターンは、絶縁スペーサにより互いに離隔されている、請求項1記載のタッチ式装置。
- 前記第1の電極パターンは、連続平面状構造体を備える、請求項1記載のタッチ式装置。
- タッチ式装置に当てられる接触物体の位置を検出するようになったタッチ式装置であって、
第1の電極結合面を備えた第1の基板と、
前記第1の電極結合面上に構成された第1の電極パターンと、
第2の電極結合面を備えた第2の基板と、
前記第2の電極結合面上に構成された第2の電極パターンと、を有し、
前記タッチ式装置は、前記タッチ式装置の表面上での接触物体の押下げの際に、前記第1の電極パターンが前記第2の電極パターンと接触し、第1の走査回路が前記第1の電極パターンのコーナー部の各々に電圧を印加し、駆動電圧が、前記第1の電極パターンから前記第2の電極パターンに送られ、さらに第2の走査回路が前記駆動電圧に基づいて、マイクロプロセッサに検出信号を送る、抵抗型接触位置検出モードに設定され、
前記タッチ式装置は、前記第1の電極パターンは前記第1の走査回路に接続されると、容量型接触位置検出モードに設定され、当該容量型接触位置検出モードにおいて、更に、前記接触物体の操作位置は、前記コーナー部の各々に印加された電圧、及び各コーナー部の前記操作位置からコンピュータ計算された抵抗に基づいて検出される、タッチ式装置。 - 前記マイクロプロセッサは、前記検出信号に基づいて前記操作位置をコンピュータ計算する、請求項10記載のタッチ式装置。
- 前記第1の電極パターンは、連続平面状構造体を備えた透明なITO導電層を含む、請求項10記載のタッチ式装置。
- 前記第2の電極パターンのおのおのが複数のストリップ状電極を備え、該複数のストリップ状電極が互いに平行であり、かつ互いに離間されてなる請求項10記載のタッチ式装置。
- 前記第2の電極パターンの複数のストリップ状電極が前記第2の走査回路を介して前記マイクロプロセッサに接続されてなる請求項10記載のタッチ式装置。
- 前記第1の走査回路及び前記第2の走査回路が、操作検出信号を前記マイクロプロセッサに送る請求項10記載のタッチ式装置。
- 前記第1の電極パターン及び第2の電極パターンは、絶縁スペーサにより互いに離隔され
てなる請求項10記載のタッチ式装置。
