- 多孔質体と分離膜とを具備し、
前記多孔質体は、両端面及び外周面を有し、一方の端面から他方の端面まで貫通し列をなして形成された複数の濾過セルと、一方の端面から他方の端面まで貫通し列をなして形成されるとともに両端面の開口が封止された複数の集水セルと、その集水セルが外部空間と連通するように設けられた排出流路と、を備え、
前記分離膜は、前記多孔質体の濾過セルの内壁面に配設され、
濾過セルの列数mと集水セルの列数nの比m/nが、1〜4であるセラミック浸透気化膜。 - 透過分離成分が気体である請求項1に記載のセラミック浸透気化膜。
- 2列の前記集水セルの間の、前記濾過セルの列数が3以下である請求項1又は2に記載のセラミック浸透気化膜。

- 請求項13〜18の何れか一項に記載のセラミック蒸気透過膜を用いて、水と有機溶剤の混合気体、から蒸気として水分を除去する脱水方法。
