Claims (19)
- 被験者の身体で使用するための監視システムであって、
医療機器であって、前記医療機器の一部分が前記被験者の体内に配置されるように構成され、前記医療機器の前記一部分が流体圧力によって推進されて体腔内に通される、医療機器と、
前記被験者の体外の2つの異なる相隔てる位置に前記被験者の身体から離して収容され、前記2つの相隔てる遠隔位置における圧力を検出するように構成され、検出するように動作可能である少なくとも2つの圧力センサーであるとともに、前記少なくとも2つの圧力センサーが前記被験者の体内の少なくとも1つの部位と流体的に連通している、少なくとも2つの圧力センサーをなす第1および第2の圧力センサーと、
前記少なくとも2つの圧力センサーの間を接続する少なくとも1つのチューブ状部材であるとともに、前記チューブ状部材が、流体抵抗器として構成され、流体抵抗器として動作可能であり、さらに、流体流に関して第1特性抵抗値を有するものとして選択され、前記第1および第2の圧力センサーが、前記チューブ状部材にわたっての圧力勾配を測定するものとされている、少なくとも1つのチューブ状部材と、
前記チューブ状部材と前記医療機器との間に延在するとともに、流体流に関して第2特性抵抗値を有した、遠位流路と、
前記少なくとも1つの部位における流体圧力を監視し、調節するための制御ユニットであるととともに、前記制御ユニットが、前記第1特性抵抗値と前記第2特性抵抗値との間の比に基づくモデルを使用して、前記少なくとも1つの部位における圧力を示す出力データを生成するように構成された、制御ユニットと、
を備えている監視システム。 - 前記医療機器は、少なくとも1つの膨張可能バルーンを備え、
前記制御ユニットが、前記少なくとも1つの膨張可能バルーンの内部における流体圧力を監視し、調節する、請求項1に記載のシステム。 - 前記モデルは、前記少なくとも2つの圧力センサーの間を接続する前記流体的連通の内側の経路によって定められる抵抗器間の圧力低下の関係を利用する請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記関係は、前記少なくとも1つのチューブ状部材の前記抵抗を考慮する多項式を含む数学的関数に基づく請求項3に記載のシステム。
- 前記医療機器は、使い捨てである請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記医療機器は、二部構成機器として構成され、前記2つの部分は互いに付着可能であり、これにより、前記被験者の体内に配置される前記部分を含む前記機器の前記部分は使い捨てにできる請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記制御ユニットは、外部ワークステーション内に組み込まれる請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記ワークステーションは、前記機器の前記部分と流体的に連通する1つまたは複数の流体圧力源を備える請求項7に記載のシステム。
- 流体圧力源のうちの前記1つまたは複数の流体圧力源は、所定の圧力で前記少なくとも1つの部位を膨張させるように構成され、膨張させるように動作可能である請求項8に記載のシステム。
- 前記医療機器は、体腔内に少なくとも部分的に挿入可能なガイド部材を備え、前記ガイド部材は前記流体圧力源に接続可能な第1の通路を備え、少なくとも1つの膨張可能バルーンが前記ガイド部材と流体的に連通している請求項8または9に記載のシステム。
- 前記医療機器は、膨張可能バルーンおよび前記ガイド部材と流体的に連通する前記膨張可能バルーンから相隔てて並ぶ補助膨張可能バルーンを備え、前記システムは前記被験者の体外の2つの異なる相隔てる補助位置に収容され、前記2つの相隔てる遠隔補助位置における圧力を検出するように構成され、検出するように動作可能である追加の一対の圧力センサーを備え、前記補助膨張可能バルーンにおける前記圧力と前記2つの相隔てる遠隔補助位置における前記圧力との間の追加の関係は、これにより、前記補助膨張可能バルーンにおける前記流体圧力を示す請求項10に記載のシステム。
- 前記膨張可能バルーンおよび前記補助膨張可能バルーンは、少なくとも1つのピストンヘッドを備える請求項11に記載のシステム。
- 1つまたは複数の流体圧力源は、前記出力データに応答して前記機器内の前記圧力を調節するように構成される請求項8から12のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記機器は、前記被験者の胃腸(GI)管腔内に配置されるように構成される請求項1から13のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記機器は、前記胃腸(GI)管腔の壁とともに圧力シールを形成し維持するように膨張し、前記ピストンヘッドの外面に印加される前記流体圧力源からの流体圧力に応答して遠位方向に送られ前記胃腸(GI)管腔に通されるように構成されたピストンヘッドを備える請求項14に記載のシステム。
- 前記少なくとも1つの部位は、前記医療機器を推進して前記体腔内に通すように構成され、動作可能である少なくとも1つの膨張可能バルーン、前記医療機器を推進して前記体腔内に通すピストンヘッドのうちの少なくとも1つを含む請求項10から15のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記少なくとも1つの部位は、体腔の一部を含む請求項1から16のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記制御ユニットは、前記流体圧力源と前記機器との間の流体の2つの異なる方向に基づいて2つの異なるモデルを切り替えるように構成される請求項8,9,または13のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記機器は、通路の遠位端を備え、前記通路は前記流体圧力源から流体を前記体腔内に搬送するように構成される請求項8,9,または13のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
