Description
材料コストが安く、保管が簡単であることの他に、別の熱可塑性材料との熱による接続/接合が可能であり、また、圧縮型の中でコンポーネントを低コストで製造することもできる。これによって、ペーパーハニカムと繊維強化熱可塑性物質とを組み合せることにより、軽量化に大きく貢献する低コストのサンドイッチコンポーネントが実現可能である。

Claims (7)
- 複数の突起部(1’)を備えるハニカムコア(1)と、前記ハニカムコアの上及び下に配置される少なくとも2つのカバー層(2、3)と、を含み、平坦又は半径(R)の湾曲した形状を備えるサンドイッチコンポーネントの製造方法であり、
前記ハニカムコア(1)は、紙からなり、
前記ハニカムコア(1)と、熱可塑性プラスチック母材を備える少なくとも2つの繊維強化半製品とを用意し、
前記ハニカムコア(1)の上及び下に前記半製品を配置し、
前記サンドイッチコンポーネントの平坦又は湾曲した規定の形状を提供する、父型(4)及び母型(4’)を備える圧縮型の中に合成物を位置決めし、
前記半製品及び前記ハニカムコア(1)からなる前記合成物に圧力を加えて接続する、という工程を含み、
前記熱可塑性プラスチック母材には、前記プラスチックのガラス転移温度と溶融温度との間の温度が加えられ、
前記熱可塑性プラスチック母材が少なくとも部分的に溶融し、前記ハニカムコア(1)の前記突起部(1’)が、前記熱可塑性プラスチック母材を備える前記繊維強化半製品から形成される前記カバー層(2、3)との前記突起部(1’)の接続部分(A)において少なくとも部分的に前記熱可塑性プラスチック母材の中に取り込まれることによって接続が提供される、方法であって、
前記カバー層形成のために設けられている前記半製品が前記ハニカムコア面とその側面を覆う寸法を有すること、
加圧を行う間、前記半製品の突出した端部を前記圧縮型の中で前記ハニカムコアの端部の周りに折り曲げること、
前記熱可塑性プラスチック母材の局所的な溶解によって、前記カバー層の接続及び前記ハニカムコア端部のシーリングが提供され、
前記熱可塑性プラスチック母材を備える前記繊維強化半製品が、ハイブリッド織物、ハイブリッドノンクリンプ織物、ハイブリッド編物又はハイブリッドフリースによって提供され、強化繊維と非強化熱可塑性繊維とを含んでいること、を特徴とする、方法。 - 前記強化繊維が、ガラス繊維、炭素繊維、アラミド繊維及び/又は天然繊維であり、前記熱可塑性プラスチックが、ポリプロピレン、ポリカーボネート、ポリアミド、アクリロニトリル‐ブタジエン‐スチレン、ポリエチレン、ポリエチレンテレフタラート、ポリブチレンテレフタラート、熱可塑性ポリウレタン、ポリアセタール、ポリフェニレンサルファイド、シクロオレフィンコポリマー、サーモトロピックポリエステル、及びこれらの混合物から選択されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1つのカバー層に装飾用コーティングが取り付けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 車両のサポーティングエレメントまたは車両コンポーネントを製造するための、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 半径(r)の湾曲した形状を備えるサンドイッチコンポーネントの製造方法であり、
前記ハニカムコア(1)を、水(5)又は溶解しやすい溶液を使って噴霧又は蒸気によって加湿し、
前記サンドイッチコンポーネントの湾曲した規定の形状を提供する、父型(4)及び母型(4’)を備える圧縮型の中に加湿した前記ハニカムコア(1)を配置し、
加湿された前記ハニカムコア(1)を、前記圧縮型の中で圧力を加えて40℃〜200℃の温度で変形させ、
熱可塑性プラスチック母材を備える少なくとも2つの繊維強化半製品を用意し、前記ハニカムコア(1)の上及び下に前記半製品を配置し、
前記圧縮型の中に合成物を位置決めし、
前記半製品及び前記ハニカムコア(1)からなる前記合成物に圧力を加えて接続する、という工程を含み、
前記熱可塑性プラスチック母材には、前記プラスチックのガラス転移温度と溶融温度との間の温度が加えられ、
前記熱可塑性プラスチック母材が少なくとも部分的に溶融し、前記ハニカムコア(1)の前記突起部(1’)が、前記熱可塑性プラスチック母材を備える繊維強化半製品から形成される前記カバー層(2、3)との前記突起部(1’)の接続部分(A)において少なくとも部分的に前記熱可塑性プラスチック母材の中に取り込まれることによって接続が提供され、
前記カバー層形成のために設けられている前記半製品が前記ハニカムコア面とその側面を覆う寸法を有すること、
加圧を行う間、前記半製品の突出した前記端部を前記圧縮型の中で前記ハニカムコアの前記端部の周りに折り曲げること、
前記熱可塑性プラスチック母材の局所的な溶解によって、前記カバー層の接続及び前記ハニカムコア端部のシーリングが提供されること、を特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記熱可塑性プラスチック母材(2、3)の温度負荷が、
前記圧縮型内に含まれている加熱装置によって、又は、
前記圧縮型内に位置決めされる前に独立した加熱装置によって実施される、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記熱可塑性プラスチック母材(2、3)を前記突起部(1’)に接続する間に、
前記圧縮型の距離制御によって規定された長さだけ前記突起部(1’)の圧縮を行う工程を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
