Description
<光学特性>
JIS K 7105に準拠して実施した。
<外観>
目視により実施した。
<常温下での付着性>
JIS D 0202に準拠し、以下のようにして実施した。
試験片のハードコート層の表面にカッターナイフを垂直に当て、1mm角の碁盤目(1 00マス)を描き、接着強度0.44±0.05kgf/mmの接着テープを碁盤目の切削 を行った面に圧着した後、45°の角度で急激にテープを剥がした。
<冷熱サイクル下での付着性>
−18℃2H→23℃50%RH2H→80℃50%RH2Hを10サイクル行った 後に、付着性試験を、JIS D 0202に準拠して実施した。
<耐摩耗性>
ASTM D 1044に準拠し、以下のようにして実施した。
試験片をテーパ摩耗試験機に取り付けて、4.9Nの荷重で研磨した。
<耐温水性>
試験片を40℃の温水中に240時間浸漬後、JIS D 0202に準拠して、付 着性試験を実施した。
<耐湿性>
JIS R 3212に準拠し、以下のようにして実施した。
50±2℃、95%以上の恒温槽に2週間放置した後、付着性試験を行った。
<耐熱性>
試験片を80℃の雰囲気に168時間放置した後に、JIS D 0202に準拠し て、付着性試験を実施した。
<促進耐候性>
JIS R 3212に準拠し、以下のようにして実施した。
サンシャインカーボンアーク試験機を用い、ブラックパネル温度:63±3℃、48 分照射、12分照射と純水スプレーの60分サイクル、放置時間:1000時間の条 件で実施した。
<耐衝撃性>
JIS K 5400に準拠し、以下のようにして実施した。
23℃の環境下で、直径:38mmで227gの鋼球を2m(t>3.5mmは2.5m )の高さから落下させた。

Claims (6)
- 透明な樹脂基板の少なくとも一方の面上に、ハードコート層が積層形成されてなる自動車用樹脂ガラスであって、前記ハードコート層が、真空蒸着重合によって形成された有機高分子薄膜を含んで構成されていると共に、該有機高分子薄膜が異なる組成からなる複数の層にて構成され、且つ硬度がハードコート層の表面側に向かって段階的に高くなるように変化せしめられていることを特徴とする自動車用樹脂ガラス。
- 前記有機高分子薄膜が、10〜100μmの膜厚において形成されている請求項1に記載の自動車用樹脂ガラス。
- 前記ハードコート層が、前記有機高分子薄膜と、該有機高分子薄膜の前記樹脂基板側とは反対側に、真空成膜プロセスによって積層形成された無機薄膜とを含む複層構造を有している請求項1又は請求項2に記載の自動車用樹脂ガラス。
- 前記無機薄膜が、酸化珪素薄膜である請求項3に記載の自動車用樹脂ガラス。
- 透明な樹脂基板を準備する工程と、前記樹脂基板の少なくとも一方の面上に、有機高分子薄膜を、真空蒸着重合によって形成することにより、該有機高分子薄膜を含むハードコート層を、該樹脂基板の少なくとも一方の面上に積層形成する工程とを含み、
該有機高分子薄膜を異なる組成からなる複数の層にて形成すると共に、硬度がハードコート層の表面側に向かって段階的に高くなるように変化させることを特徴とする自動車用樹脂ガラスの製造方法。 - 真空状態の複数の蒸発源容器内で蒸発させた複数種類の原料モノマーを真空状態の成膜室内に導入すると共に、該成膜室内に導入される複数種類の原料モノマーの組合せを経時的に変更させつつ、真空蒸着重合操作が実施されることにより、前記樹脂基板の少なくとも一方の面上に形成される前記有機高分子薄膜の組成が厚さ方向において変化させられることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の自動車用樹脂ガラスの製造方法。
