Description
請求項2の発明は、請求項1の発明において、基板と、基板の一表面側に形成された前記有機太陽電池素子と、前記有機太陽電池素子を覆う形で基板の前記一表面側に形成された表面保護層とを備えることを特徴とする。
本実施形態の有機太陽電池は、図1に示すように、平面視矩形状(図示例では、平面視長方形状)の基板1と、基板1の一表面側(図1(b)における上面側)に形成された有機太陽電池素子2と、有機太陽電池素子2を覆う形で基板1の上記一表面側に形成された表面保護層3とを備えている。
本実施形態の有機太陽電池の基本構成は実施形態1と略同じであって、図5に示すように、発熱体からなる加熱手段8が基板1の上記他表面に接する形で配置され、有機太陽電池素子2の投影領域を囲む枠状の形状に形成されている点が相違する。なお、実施形態1と同様の構成要素には同一の符号を付して説明を省略する。
本実施形態の太陽電池の基本構成は実施形態1と略同じであって、図6に示すように、加熱手段8を基板1と正電極21との間に設けてある点が相違する。なお、実施形態1と同様の構成要素には同一の符号を付して説明を省略する。
本実施形態の有機太陽電池の基本構成は実施形態1と略同じであって、図7に示すように、加熱手段8が、有機太陽電池素子2の外部に設けられ通電されることにより金属電極からなる負電極25を誘導加熱するコイルからなる点が相違する。すなわち、金属電極からなる負電極25が誘導加熱されることで混合層23が加熱される。なお、実施形態1と同様の構成要素には同一の符号を付して説明を省略する。
本実施形態の有機太陽電池の基本構成は実施形態1と略同じであって、図8に示すように、加熱手段8が、基板1の上記他表面に固着された赤外線吸収シートにより構成されている点が相違する。なお、実施形態1と同様の構成要素には同一の符号を付して説明を省略する。

Claims (5)
- 一対の電極間に電子供与性半導体と電子吸引性半導体との混合層を有する有機太陽電池素子を備えた有機太陽電池であって、混合層中に蓄積された電荷を混合層外へ放出させるように混合層を加熱可能な加熱手段を備えることを特徴とする有機太陽電池。
- 基板と、基板の一表面側に形成された前記有機太陽電池素子と、前記有機太陽電池素子を覆う形で基板の前記一表面側に形成された表面保護層とを備えることを特徴とする請求項1記載の有機太陽電池。
- 前記加熱手段は、前記有機太陽電池素子の外部に設けられ通電されることにより発熱して伝熱により前記混合層を加熱する発熱体であること特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の有機太陽電池。
- 前記一対の電極の少なくとも一方が抵抗体であり、当該抵抗体が前記加熱手段を構成していることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の有機太陽電池。
- 前記一対の電極の少なくとも一方が金属電極であり、前記加熱手段は、前記有機太陽電池素子の外部に設けられ通電されることにより前記金属電極を誘導加熱するコイルからなることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の有機太陽電池。
