Description
X1−Ar1−[トリアリールアミン]−Ar2−X2
ここで、トリアリールアミン単位はモノマーの主鎖に少なくとも1つの窒素原子を有し、少なくとも3つの置換された又は置換されないアリール又はヘテロアリール基を有し、前記基は、同じか異なり、X1及びX2は同じか異なる重合可能な基であり、Ar1及びAr2は同じか異なる置換された又は置換されないアリール又はヘテロアリール基である。

ここで、X1及びX2は同じか異なる重合可能な基であり、ここで、Ar1、Ar2、Ar3、Ar4及びAr5は同じか異なり、置換された又は置換されないアリール又はヘテロアリール基である。又は、これらのモノマーは次の構造式を有している。

ここで、X1及びX2は同じか異なる重合可能な基であり、ここで、Ar1、Ar2、Ar6、Ar7、Ar8、Ar9 、Ar10は、同じか異なる置換された又は置換されないアリール又はヘテロアリール基である。Ar1、Ar2、Ar 3 、Ar 4 、Ar 5 、Ar6、Ar7、Ar8、Ar9 及びAr10 基の例は、フェニレン、チオフェン、ピロール、フラン、ピリジン及びビフェニレンなどの基を含む。
本発明のモノマーは当業者に知られた適当なルートで製造することができる。好ましいルートは、アミン単位を与えるUllmann縮合及びアミン単位をさらにアリール又はヘテロアリール基に結合するためのStilleカップリングを含む。典型的な合成ルートの例を示す。
トルエン(5mL)中の9,9−ジ−n−オクチルフルオレン−2,7−ジ(エチレンボレート)(F8)、(0.9267g、1.75mmol)及びジブロモ三量体(1.2290g、1.75mmol)溶液に、トルエン(2.55mL)中のジクロロビス(トリフェニルホスフィン)パラジウム(II)4mgが加えられた。溶液は10分間脱ガスされ、次いでテトラエチルアンモニウム水酸化物(5.82mL)が加えられた。反応混合物は115℃で19時間加熱された。次いで末端キャッピング試薬が次のように加えられた。0.3mlブロモベンゼンが加えられ、115℃で1時間反応させ、次いで0.3gフェニルボロン酸が添加され、115℃で1時間反応させた。反応混合物は室温まで冷却され、メタノール0.5l中へ注がれた。沈殿物としてポリマーが得られた。質量15Kのポリマー1.14gが得られた。
本発明をいくつかの具体的な実施態様を参照して述べているが、本発明の範囲内で種々の変更をなし得ることは当業者には明らかであろう。
Claims (16)
- 次の式を有するモノマー。X1−Ar1−[トリアリールアミン]−Ar2−X2
ここで、トリアリールアミン単位はモノマーの主鎖に少なくとも1つの窒素原子を有し、少なくとも3つの置換された又は置換されないアリール又はヘテロアリール基を有し、前記基は、同じか異なり、X1及びX2は同じか異なる重合可能な基であり、Cl、Br、I、ボロン酸、ボロン酸エステル及びボランから構成される群から選ばれ、Ar1及びAr2は同じか異なる置換又は置換されないアリール基またはヘテロアリール基である。 - Ar1及びAr2はヘテロアリール基である請求項1に記載のモノマー。
- Ar1及びAr2がベンゼン、チオフェン、ピロール、フラン及びピリジンから構成される群から選ばれる請求項2に記載のモノマー。
- X1及びX2は同じか異なり、Br又はボロン酸エステルから選ばれる請求項1に記載のモノマー。
- トリアリールアミン基が少なくとも1つのヘテロアリール基を含む請求項1に記載のモノマー。
- トリアリールアミン基がトリアジン基を含む請求項5に記載のモノマー。
- Ar1及びAr2は同じか異なるアリール又はヘテロアリール基であり、アルキル、パーフルオロアルキル、アルキルアリール、アリールアルキル、ヘテロアリール、アリール、アルコキシ、アリールオキシ及びチオアルキルから選ばれる部分で置換されている請求項1に記載のモノマー。
- トリアリールアミンが1つの窒素原子を含む請求項1に記載のモノマー。
- トリアリールアミンが2つの窒素原子を含む請求項1に記載のモノマー。
- 次の構造式を有する請求項8に記載のモノマー。

ここで、X1及びX2は同じか異なる重合可能な基であり、ここで、Ar1、Ar2、Ar3、Ar4及びAr5は同じか異なり、置換された又は置換されないアリール又はヘテロアリール基である。 - 前記Ar3、Ar4及びAr5が、アルキル、パーフルオロアルキル、アルキルアリール、アリールアルキル、ヘテロアリール、アリール、アルコキシ、アリールオキシ及びチオアルキルからなる群より選択された部分で置換されている請求項10に記載のモノマー。
- 次の構造式を有する請求項9に記載のモノマー。

ここで、X1及びX2は同じか異なる重合可能な基であり、ここで、Ar1、Ar2、Ar6、Ar7、Ar8、Ar9及びAr10は、同じか異なる置換された又は置換されないアリール又はヘテロアリール基である。 - 前記Ar6、Ar7、Ar8、Ar9及びAr10は、アルキル、パーフルオロアルキル、アルキルアリール、アリールアルキル、ヘテロアリール、アリール、アルコキシ、アリールオキシ及びチオアルキルからなる群より選ばれる部分で置換されている請求項12に記載のモノマー。
- 次の反応混合物を重合する工程を含むポリマーの製造方法。(a)ボロン酸基、ボロン酸エステル基及びボラン基から選択される少なくとも2つのホウ素誘導体官能基を有する請求項1に記載のモノマー、及び少なくとも2つの反応性ハロゲン官能基を有する請求項1に記載のモノマー、又は(b)1つの反応性ハロゲン官能基及び
ボロン酸基、ボロン酸エステル基及びボラン基から選択される1つのホウ素誘導体官能基を有する請求項1に記載のモノマー、の反応混合物、ここで、前記反応混合物は芳香族モノマー重合の触媒として適当な触媒量の触媒、及びホウ素誘導体官能基をBX3−アニオン基に変換するのに十分な量の塩基を含有し、ここで、XはF及びOHからなる群から独立して選択される。 - 次の反応混合物を重合する工程を含むコポリマーの製造方法。(a)ボロン酸基、ボロン酸エステル基及びボラン基から選択される少なくとも2つのホウ素誘導体官能基を有する請求項1に記載のモノマー、及び少なくとも2つの反応性ハロゲン官能基を有する1又は2つのコモノマー、又は(b)少なくとも2つの反応性ハロゲン官能基を有する請求項1に記載のモノマー、及びボロン酸基、ボロン酸エステル基及びボラン基から選択される少なくとも2つのホウ素誘導体官能基を有する1又は2以上のコモノマー、又は、少なくとも(c)1つの反応性ハロゲン官能基及びボロン酸基、ボロン酸エステル基及びボラン基から選択される1つのホウ素誘導体官能基を有する請求項1に記載のモノマー、並びに1つの反応性ハロゲン官能基及びボロン酸基、ボロン酸エステル基及びボラン基から選択される1つのホウ素誘導体官能基を有する1又は2以上のコモノマー、の反応混合物、ここで、前記反応混合物は芳香族モノマー重合の触媒として適当な触媒量の触媒、及びホウ素誘導体官能基をBX3−アニオン基に変換するのに十分な量の塩基を含有し、ここで、XはF及びOHからなる群から独立して選択される。
