Description
まず、図1〜図3を用いて、本発明の第1実施形態に係る燃料電池システム1について説明する。本実施形態に係る燃料電池システム1は、図1に示すように、反応ガス(酸化ガス及び燃料ガス)の供給を受けて電力を発生する燃料電池10を備えるとともに、燃料電池10に酸化ガスとしての空気を供給する酸化ガス配管系2、燃料電池10に燃料ガスとしての水素ガスを供給する水素ガス配管系3、システム全体を統合制御する制御装置4等を備えている。
次に、図4〜図6を参照して、本発明の第2実施形態に係る燃料電池システムについて説明する。本実施形態に係る燃料電池システムは、第1実施形態に係る燃料電池システム1の制御装置の構成(機能)を変更したものであり、その他の構成については第1実施形態と実質的に同一である。このため、変更した構成を中心に説明することとし、第1実施形態と共通する部分については同一符号を付してその説明を省略する。
Claims (5)
- 発電を行う車両搭載型の燃料電池と、前記燃料電池内にガスを供給することにより前記燃料電池内の水分を外部に排出する掃気を実施する制御装置と、を備え、車両始動前に掃気を実施する燃料電池システムにおいて、
前記燃料電池内に残存する現在の水分量に基づいて前記燃料電池からの水分排出量を推定する排出量推定手段を備え、
前記制御装置は、掃気を実施する際、前記燃料電池内に残存する現在の水分量から、前記排出量推定手段で推定した水分排出量を減じることにより、前記燃料電池内に残存する新たな水分量を算出し、この算出した新たな水分量が許容値未満である場合に通常の掃気を行う一方、算出した新たな水分量が許容値以上である場合に通常よりも強い掃気を行うものである、
燃料電池システム。 - 前記排出量推定手段は、前記燃料電池内に残存する現在の水分量が多いほど前記燃料電池からの水分排出量が多くなると推定するものである、
請求項1に記載の燃料電池システム。 - 発電を行う車両搭載型の燃料電池と、前記燃料電池内にガスを供給することにより前記燃料電池内の水分を外部に排出する掃気を実施する制御装置と、を備え、車両始動前に掃気を実施する燃料電池システムにおいて、
前記燃料電池の傾斜状態に基づいて前記燃料電池からの水分排出量を推定する排出量推定手段を備え、
前記制御装置は、掃気を実施する際、前記燃料電池内に残存する現在の水分量から、前記排出量推定手段で推定した水分排出量を減じることにより、前記燃料電池内に残存する新たな水分量を算出し、この算出した新たな水分量が許容値未満である場合に通常の掃気を行う一方、算出した新たな水分量が許容値以上である場合に通常よりも強い掃気を行うものである、
燃料電池システム。 - 前記制御装置は、前記燃料電池内に残存する現在の水分量が所定の許容値以上である場合には掃気を行う一方、前記燃料電池内に残存する現在の水分量が所定の許容値未満である場合には掃気を行わないものである、
請求項1から3の何れか一項に記載の燃料電池システム。 - 請求項1から4の何れか一項に記載の燃料電池システムを備える、
