Claims (3)
- グリーンタイヤのトレッドを形成する複数のトレッドセグメントを有する、タイヤを加硫するための金型であって、
前記トレッドセグメントは、前記グリーンタイヤの周りに周方向に並べて組み立てることができ、前記トレッドセグメントの各々は、外側合わせ面と外面を有するキャビティ輪郭板をさらに備え、
前記キャビティ輪郭板は前記外側合わせ面上の複数の長穴と、外面が前記長穴の内面に合わされて前記各長穴内に固定された1つまたは2つ以上のブレードと、を有し、前記ブレードの前記外面または前記長穴の前記内面のうちの一方は、他方に比べて粗くされ、成形ガスを前記金型の内側から前記金型の外面の方へ排出する通気路を形成している、タイヤを加硫するための金型。 - 複数のリブと複数の平坦部を有し、金型において用いられるトレッドセグメントを製造する方法であって、
外側合わせ面および外面を有するキャビティ輪郭板を用意するステップと、
前記キャビティ輪郭板の前記外側合わせ面に複数の流路からなるトレッドパターンを形成するステップと、
前記キャビティ輪郭板の前記外側合わせ面上に1つまたは2つ以上の長穴を形成するステップと、
外面が粗い面を有しているブレードを、前記各長穴内に取り付けるステップとを含む、トレッドセグメントを製造する方法。 - 複数のリブおよび複数の平坦部を有し、金型において用いられるトレッドセグメントを製造する方法であって、
外側合わせ面および外面を有するキャビティ輪郭板を用意するステップと、
前記キャビティ輪郭板の前記外側合わせ面に複数の流路からなるトレッドパターンを形成するステップと、
前記キャビティ輪郭板の前記外側合わせ面上に1つまたは2つ以上の長穴を形成するステップと、
前記長穴の内面が粗い面を有しており、ブレードを、前記各長穴内に取り付けるステップとを含む、トレッドセグメントを製造する方法。
