Claims (9)
- タービンエーロフォイル(12)であって、
翼弦が対向する前縁(28)と後縁(30)の間を延び、翼幅が根元(32)と先端(34)の間を延び、内部冷却循環路(20)を含む、横方向に対向する正圧側壁(24)および負圧側壁(26)を備え、
前記先端(34)が、先端フロア(40)から外側に延びる第1および第2のスクイーラリブ(36、38)を備え、
前記第1および第2のスクイーラリブ(36、38)との間には、外側に開いた先端キャビティ(42)が形成され、
前記第1のスクイーラリブ(36)は、前記先端キャビティ(42)側の隅部及び前記正圧側壁(24)側の隅部まで延びて終端し、
前記第2のスクイーラリブ(38)は、前記先端キャビティ(42)側の隅部及び前記負圧側壁(26)側の隅部まで延びて終端し、
前記第1のスクイーラリブ(36)は、前記正圧側壁(24)側の隅部は直角であり、
前記正圧側壁(24)がその外面内に溝(44)を備え、前記溝が、前記先端フロア(40)の前記第1のリブ(36)の基部に沿って弦方向に延び、前記第1のリブ(36)の前記正圧側壁(24)側の隅部下方で終端する、エーロフォイル。 - 前記溝(44)が、外側および内側凸状円弧(50)と融合する凹状の中央フィレット(48)を含む、請求項1記載のエーロフォイル。
- 前記第1のリブ(36)の幅が前記正圧側壁(24)と一致し、前記リブが、前記溝(44)によってリブの基部で前記外面から内側へずらされ、前記溝(44)上方の前記第1のリブ(36)の前記外側隅部が、前記溝下方の前記外面と同一平面上に位置合わせされる、請求項2記載のエーロフォイル。
- 前記第1および第2のリブ(36、38)が、前記前縁および後縁(28、30)と一体に接合されており、前記溝(44)が、前記前縁後方の前記正圧側壁(24)から前記先端キャビティ(42)に沿って前記後縁(30)に向かって延びる、請求項3記載のエーロフォイル。
- 前記溝(44)が、前記先端フロア(40)に沿った前記第1のリブ(36)の下部のみに配置され、その外側部分には配置されない、請求項4記載のエーロフォイル。
- 前記溝(44)が、前記先端キャビティ(42)を越えて前記後縁(30)へと延び、かつ、その前記先端(34)の下を延びる、請求項5記載のエーロフォイル。
- 前記冷却循環路から、前記先端フロア(40)を通り、前記溝(44)へと延びる1列のフィルム冷却孔(46)をさらに備える、請求項5記載のエーロフォイル。
- 前記冷却循環路(20)と前記先端キャビティ(42)の間を前記先端フロア(40)を貫通して延びる複数の先端孔(52)をさらに含む、請求項7記載のエーロフォイル。
- 前記正圧側壁(24)の前記外面が、前記溝(44)周囲と同一平面上にあり、前記溝(44)の下方および上方に平らな部分を含む、請求項5記載のエーロフォイル。
