Claims (9)
- エーロフォイル(12)、プラットフォーム(14)及び一体のダブテール(16)を備えるタービンブレード(10)であって、
前記エーロフォイル(12)は、前縁部(24)とその反対側の後縁部(26)との間に翼弦方向に延在し且つ根元部(28)から先端部(30)まで翼幅方向に延在する凹形の加圧側(20)及び横方向にその反対側に位置する凸形の吸引側(22)を含み、
前記エーロフォイル(12)の幅は、前記前縁部(24)から最大幅を有するハンプ(52)まで後方へ増加し、前記ハンプから前記後縁部(26)まで後方へ減少し;
前記エーロフォイルの先端部(30)は、共通の先端部フロア(40)から外側へ延出し、且つ前記加圧側及び前記吸引側の形状に相似する形状をそれぞれ成すように、前記前縁部(24)及び前記後縁部(26)において互いに一体に接合される第1のリブ(36)及び横方向にその反対側に位置する第2のリブ(38)を含み、
前記タービンブレード(10)は更に、前記前縁部と前記後縁部(26)との間で翼弦方向後方に延在し、前記第1のリブ(36)と前記第2のリブ(38)との間に横方向に組込まれ、前記第1のリブ(36)と前記第2のリブ(38)と一体で鋳造され、前記エーロフォイル先端部(30)を前記第1のリブ(36)及び前記第2のリブ(38)により境界を規定される第1の先端部ポケット(44)及び第2の先端部ポケット(46)に二分割する先端部バッフル(42)を備え、
前記先端部バッフル(42)は、前記第2のリブ(38)に向かって凸形状であり、
前記第2の先端部ポケット(46)が、前記第1のリブ(36)に沿って前記第1の先端部ポケット(44)の後方へ延在し、
前記先端部バッフル(42)は、前記エーロフォイル先端部(30)の前記ハンプ領域において、前記第1のリブ(36)より前記凸形の第2のリブ(38)の形状に更によく相似するように、前記第1のリブ(36)と前記第2のリブ(38)との間に離間配置される、
タービンブレード(10)。 - 前記先端部バッフル(42)は、前記前縁部(24)と前記ハンプ(52)との間で前記第2のリブ(38)と一体の状態で始まり、前記先端部フロア(40)の上方において同一の高さとなるように前記ハンプ(52)と前記後縁部(26)との間で前記第1のリブ(36)と一体の状態で終端し、前記第2のポケット(46)は、前記第1のポケット(44)の後方で前記第1のリブ(36)及び前記第2のリブ(38)の双方により境界を規定される請求項1記載のブレード。
- 前記先端部バッフル(42)は、前記ハンプ(52)より前記前縁部(24)に近接する位置で前記第2のリブ(38)に接合する請求項2記載のブレード。
- 前記先端部バッフル(42)は、前記後縁部(26)より前記ハンプ(52)に近接する位置で前記第1のリブ(36)に接合する請求項3記載のブレード。
- 前記先端部バッフル(42)は、前記ハンプ(52)において前記第1のリブ(36)より前記第2のリブ(38)に近接して離間配置される請求項4記載のブレード。
- 前記第1の先端部ポケット(44)及び前記第2の先端部ポケット(46)の双方の横方向幅は、前記ハンプ(52)と前記後縁部(26)との間で後方へ縮小する請求項4記載のブレード。
- 前記先端部バッフル(42)は、前記第1のリブ(36)に向かって凹形であり、前記第2のリブ(38)に向かって凸形であり、ほぼ一定の厚さを有する請求項4記載のブレード。
- 前記先端部バッフル(42)及び前記第2のリブ(38)の双方は、前記ハンプ(52)の付近で最大凸形湾曲を有する請求項4記載のブレード。
- 前記先端部バッフル(42)は、前記第2のリブ(38)と鋭角の開先角度を成して前記第2のリブ(38)と接線方向に融合し、前記第1のリブ(36)と接線方向に融合し、前記第2のポケット(46)とその後方で境を接する請求項4記載のブレード。
