Claims (7)
- タービンブレード(10)であって:
エアロフォイル(12)、プラットフォーム(14)および一体的なダブテール(16)を含み;
前記エアロフォイル(12)は、対向する前縁および後縁(24,26)の間において翼弦方向に延在し、且つ根元(28)から先端(30)までの範囲において長手方向に延在する、周方向に対向する圧力側および吸込み側(20,22)を有し;
前記先端(30)は、前記前縁および後縁(24,26)の間において前記圧力側および吸込み側(20,22)に沿って先端フロア(40)から外側方向に延在する第1および第2の先端リブ(36,38)を包含して、先端空洞(42)を形成し;
出口傾斜面(44)が、前記後縁(26)近傍におけるその後方接合部において前記第1および第2のリブ(36,38)に架橋し、前記先端フロア(40)から後方に向かって高さを増し、
前記圧力側(20)は凹状であり、前記吸込み側(22)は凸状であり、共に前記後縁(26)に向かって後方に収束し;
前記第1および第2の先端リブ(36,38)は、それぞれに前記圧力側および吸込み側(20,22)と共に一体的であり、前記先端空洞(42)を前記リブ接合部(52)に達するまで後方に向かって幅を収束させるべく画成し;
前記傾斜面(44)は後方に向かって幅が収束し、
前記傾斜面(44)は、前方に向かって前記先端フロア(40)に滑らかに融合する前方ランド(46)と、前記リブ接合部(52)に滑らかに融合する後方ランド(48)と、前記前方ランド(46)から前記後方ランド(48)まで外側方向に傾斜する中央ランド(50)とを包含する、
タービンブレード(10)。 - 前記傾斜面(44)は前記先端空洞(42)の深さよりも大きい長さを有する、請求項1に記載のタービンブレード(10)。
- 前記前方および後方のランド(46,48)は、前記先端フロア(40)およびリブ接合部(52)に対して別様に融合する、請求項1に記載のタービンブレード(10)。
- 前記前方ランド(46)は翼弦方向に凹状であり、前記後方ランド(48)は翼弦方向に凸状である、請求項1に記載のタービンブレード(10)。
- 前記中央ランド(50)は、前記前方ランド(46)より長めであり且つそれに対して滑らかに融合し、更に、前記後方ランド(48)より長めであり且つそれに対して滑らかに融合する、請求項1に記載のタービンブレード(10)。
- 前記中央ランド(50)は翼弦方向において真直である、請求項1に記載のタービンブレード(10)。
- 前記第1および第2の先端リブ(36,38)は、後方に収束して単一の出口傾斜面(44)になる単一の先端空洞(42)を形成すべく前記圧力側および吸込み側(20,22)を画成する、請求項1に記載のタービンブレード(10)。
