Claims (2)
- 移動磁界コイルを有する電磁攪拌装置により鋳型内に旋回流を発生させて鋳造を行なう鋼の連続鋳造に際して、
鋳型長辺に平行で水平方向に配設された前記移動磁界コイルを、鋳型長辺方向に分割し、
攪拌方向の下流側のコイルの軸心位置を、攪拌方向の上流側のコイルの軸心位置よりも、鋳造方向に対し低い位置に設置して鋳造することを特徴とする鋼の連続鋳造方法。 - 移動磁界コイルを有する電磁攪拌装置により鋳型内に旋回流を発生させて鋳造を行なう鋼の連続鋳造装置において、
鋳型長辺に平行で水平方向に配設された前記移動磁界コイルが、鋳型長辺方向に分割され、
攪拌方向の下流側のコイルの軸心位置が、攪拌方向の上流側のコイルの軸心位置よりも、鋳造方向に対し低い位置に設置されていることを特徴とする鋼の連続鋳造装置。
