Claims (2)
- 運転者のブレーキペダル操作に応じたブレーキ液圧を発生させるブレーキ液圧発生手段と、該ブレーキ液圧発生手段のブレーキ液圧よりも高圧のブレーキ液圧を発生させる高圧発生手段と、車輪のホイールシリンダに供給するブレーキ液圧を調整するブレーキ液圧調整手段と、前記ブレーキ液圧発生手段と前記ブレーキ液圧調整手段との間を開弁時に連通させる一方で閉弁時に遮断させるブレーキ液圧制御弁と、前記高圧発生手段と前記ブレーキ液圧調整手段との間を開弁時に連通させる一方で閉弁時に遮断させる高圧制御弁と、ブレーキアシスト制御時に前記ブレーキ液圧制御弁を閉弁させると共に前記高圧制御弁よりも下流側が所定のブレーキアシスト制御圧になるまで当該高圧制御弁を開弁させ、且つ、アンチロックブレーキ制御時にアンチロックブレーキ制御対象の車輪の前記ブレーキ液圧調整手段を制御して当該車輪のホイールシリンダのブレーキ液圧を増圧,減圧又は保持させるブレーキ液圧制御手段と、を備えた車輌用制動装置において、
前記ブレーキ液圧制御手段は、通常のブレーキアシスト制御時に前記高圧制御弁の下流側で且つ前記ブレーキ液圧調整手段の上流側のブレーキ制御圧に基づいて前記高圧制御弁の制御を行い、該ブレーキアシスト制御中にアンチロックブレーキ制御を実行したことによって車輌の実減速度が目標減速度を下回った場合、前記ブレーキ制御圧に依存することなく前記高圧制御弁の開弁制御を行い、該高圧制御弁の開弁制御を行う際に、アンチロックブレーキ制御対象の車輪における前記ブレーキ液圧調整手段のアンチロックブレーキ増圧制御時間を短縮させることを特徴とする車輌用制動装置。 - 前記ブレーキ液圧制御手段は、ブレーキアシスト制御中のアンチロックブレーキ制御実行時に前記高圧制御弁の開弁制御を行う場合、アンチロックブレーキ制御対象ではない車輪の前記ブレーキ液圧調整手段を制御することによって当該車輪のホイールシリンダに供給されるブレーキ液圧を徐々に増圧させるよう構成したことを特徴とする請求項1記載の車輌用制動装置。
