Description
Claims (7)
- 取付けリム(J)の受座と協働するよう設計されている2つのビード(11,21,22)を備えたタイヤであって、前記タイヤが、上曲がり部(15,25,35)によって各前記ビード内に繋留された半径方向カーカス補強材(12,22,32)を有し、前記上曲がり部が、円周方向ビード補強材(13,23,33)の周りに少なくとも1つのループを形成し、前記上曲がり部が、子午線断面で見て、前記カーカス補強材と、前記円周方向ビード補強材(13,23,33)の半径方向最も内側の点(A)を通っている前記タイヤの回転軸線に垂直な線(D)の交点に一致する原点(A1)で始まるタイヤにおいて、前記上曲がり部の端部は、子午線断面で見て、前記カーカス補強材の前記上曲がり部(15,25,35)と前記円周方向ビード補強材(13,23,33)との間に位置していることを特徴とするタイヤ。
- 前記円周方向ビード補強材は、ビードワイヤ(13,23,33)から成り、前記ビードワイヤは、少なくとも1つの配合ゴムで形成された異形要素(14,24,34)で被覆されており、前記カーカス補強材の前記上曲がり部は、前記ビードワイヤと前記被覆材の両方を包囲する少なくとも1つのループを形成している請求項1記載のタイヤ。
- 前記カーカス補強材(12,22,32)の前記補強要素は、金属コードである請求項1又は2記載のタイヤ。
- 前記カーカス補強材(32)の少なくとも1つの繋留ループは、前記補強材の前記上曲がり部(35)を形成する第1の部分と、前記上曲がり部で前記繋留ループを形成するよう前記上曲がり部を延長させる延長部(37)を形成する第2の部分とから成り、前記延長部の一端部は、前記カーカス補強材の前記上曲がり部と前記円周方向ビード補強材との間に位置している請求項1乃至3の何れか1項に記載のタイヤ。
- 少なくとも1つの前記ビードは、補足的補強材(16,26)を有し、前記補足的補強材の補強要素は、前記円周方向と45°よりも小さな角度をなし、前記補足的補強材(16,26)は、前記カーカス補強材の前記上曲がり部(15,25)に対して軸方向を外側に位置している請求項1乃至4の何れか1項に記載のタイヤ。
- 前記カーカス補強材(12,22,32)は、前記タイヤの内側から外側へ向かって延びる上曲がり部によって前記円周方向ビード補強材(13,23,33)周りに繋留されている請求項1乃至5の何れか1項に記載のタイヤ。
- 前記カーカス補強材の前記上曲がり部(15,25,35)は、少なくとも1つの塑性変形部から成る請求項1乃至6の何れか1項に記載のタイヤ。
