Description
表1に示す配合にしたがい、プレポリマー1〜5を製造した。プレポリマーの製造は、メチレンジフェニルジイソシアネートに、イソブチルアルコールあるいはモノオール(n−オクタノールまたはデカノールあるいはn−ステアリルアルコール)を、表1の割合で添加し、常温で1時間、ミキサー(回転数5000rpm)で混合撹拌した後、24時間常温放置することにより行った。プレポリマー1〜5のNCO%及び25℃の粘度は表1に示す通りである。比較例に用いられるプレポリマー1の粘度(Pa・s,25℃)は1.3であり、一方、実施例に用いられるプレポリマー2〜5の粘度(Pa・s,25℃)についてはプレポリマー2が2.1、プレポリマー3が2.4、プレポリマー4が3.2、プレポリマー5が11.3である。なお、撹拌時粘度は、全ての添加原料を撹拌した直後の粘度であり、撹拌時温度は、全ての添加原料を撹拌した直後の粘度である。
Claims (5)
- プレポリマーとポリオールを触媒及び発泡剤の存在下反応させることにより得られる軟質スラブポリウレタン発泡体において、
前記プレポリマーが、炭素数8以上のモノオールとイソシアネート化合物の反応により得られた末端イソシアネート基を有するプレポリマーからなり、
前記炭素数8以上のモノオールが、n−オクタノール、デカノール、n−ステアリルアルコールの少なくとも一つであり、
前記イソシアネート化合物がメチレンジフェニルジイソシアネートであり、
前記プレポリマーはNCO%が10〜30%、粘度が2.1〜11.3(Pa・s、25℃)であることを特徴とするポリウレタン発泡体。 - 前記発泡体に整泡剤を含まないことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のポリウレタン発泡体。
- 前記発泡体が化粧用パフに用いられるものであることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のポリウレタン発泡体。
- プレポリマーとポリオールを触媒及び発泡剤の存在下反応させることにより得られる軟質スラブポリウレタン発泡体の製造方法において、
前記プレポリマーが、炭素数8以上のモノオールとイソシアネート化合物の反応により得られた末端イソシアネート基を有するプレポリマーからなり、
前記炭素数8以上のモノオールが、n−オクタノール、デカノール、n−ステアリルアルコールの少なくとも一つであり、
前記イソシアネート化合物がメチレンジフェニルジイソシアネートであり、
前記プレポリマーはNCO%が10〜30%、粘度が2.1〜11.3(Pa・s、25℃)であり、
前記発泡体が化粧用パフに用いられるものであり、前記発泡体をパフ形状に裁断することを特徴とするポリウレタン発泡体の製造方法。 - 前記プレポリマーとポリオールを触媒及び発泡剤の存在下で反応させる際に整泡剤を添加しないことを特徴とする請求項4に記載のポリウレタン発泡体の製造方法。
