Description
この負荷駆動装置においては、電圧変換器の降圧機能が損なわれるとリレーがオフされるので、高電圧系の第1の電源ラインから降圧不能な電圧変換器を介して低電圧系の第2の電源ラインに接続された負荷装置へ高電圧系の第1の電源ラインの電圧が印加されることが防止される。
好ましくは、負荷駆動装置に含まれ、電圧変換器から電圧の供給を受ける負荷装置は、車載用の補機である。
図1は、この発明の実施の形態1による負荷駆動装置を搭載した電動車両の全体ブロック図である。図1を参照して、この電動車両100は、主バッテリBと、システムリレー10と、昇降圧コンバータ20と、インバータ30と、モータジェネレータMGと、エアコン(A/C)40と、DC/DCコンバータ50と、補機バッテリ60と、制御装置70と、コンデンサC1,C2と、電源ラインPL1,PL2と、接地ラインSLとを備える。
図4は、この発明の実施の形態2による負荷駆動装置を搭載した電動車両の全体ブロック図である。図4を参照して、この電動車両100Aは、図1に示した実施の形態1における電動車両100の構成において、昇降圧コンバータ20およびリレーSMR3に代えて、それぞれ昇降圧コンバータ20AおよびリレーSMR4を備える。
Claims (8)
- 第1の電源ラインの電圧を降圧して第2の電源ラインに供給する電圧変換器と、
前記第2の電源ラインと電力を授受可能な直流電源と、
前記直流電源と前記第2の電源ラインとの間に設けられるシステムリレーと、
前記第2の電源ラインに接続され、前記電圧変換器から電圧の供給を受ける負荷装置とを備え、
前記電圧変換器は、前記第1の電源ラインと前記第2の電源ラインとの間に接続される上アームと、前記第2の電源ラインと接地ラインとの間に接続される下アームとを含むチョッパ回路によって構成され、さらに
前記上アームの短絡故障が検出されると、前記上アームと前記負荷装置との間の電路を遮断するためのリレーを備える負荷駆動装置。 - 前記第1の電源ラインに接続される発電装置をさらに備える、請求項1に記載の負荷駆動装置。
- 前記上アームからの短絡故障信号に基づいて前記リレーへ遮断指令を出力する制御手段をさらに備える、請求項1または請求項2に記載の負荷駆動装置。
- 前記リレーは、前記システムリレーによって前記直流電源が前記第2の電源ラインから電気的に切離されている場合に前記上アームの短絡故障が検出されると、前記上アームと前記負荷装置との間の電路を遮断する、請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の負荷駆動装置。
- 前記直流電源の異常が検出されると、前記システムリレーを制御することによって前記直流電源を前記第2の電源ラインから電気的に切離すためのバッテリレス制御手段と、
前記バッテリレス制御手段によって前記システムリレーが制御されることにより前記直流電源が前記第2の電源ラインから電気的に切離されているとき、前記上アームからの短絡故障信号に基づいて前記リレーへ遮断指令を出力するフェールセーフ制御手段とをさらに備える、請求項1から請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の負荷駆動装置。 - 前記電圧変換器は、前記直流電源から前記第2の電源ラインに供給される電圧を昇圧して前記第1の電源ラインに供給する昇圧機能をさらに有する、請求項1から請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の負荷駆動装置。
- 請求項1から請求項6のいずれか1項に記載の負荷駆動装置を搭載した車両。
- 前記負荷駆動装置に含まれ、前記電圧変換器から電圧の供給を受ける前記負荷装置は、車載用の補機である、請求項7に記載の車両。
