Description
図1は、実施の形態1の磁気レゾルバ1の構成を示す斜視図である。実施の形態1の磁気レゾルバ1は、ステータコア10と、コイル30が形成される基板20(図1中には不図示)と、基板20を覆う樹脂カバー40と、ロータ50とを備える。ステータコア10、基板20、樹脂カバー40およびロータ50は、磁気レゾルバ1の薄型化を実現すべく厚みの小さい板状に形成されており、順に積層されるように配置されている。
図7は、実施の形態2のステータコア10の断面図である。図8は、実施の形態2の磁気レゾルバ1の断面図である。実施の形態2の磁気レゾルバ1は、ステータコア10に形成された突起部12の形状において、実施の形態1と異なっている。具体的には、図7および図8に示すように、突起部12の側壁部14の外周面71は、根元部分70においてたとえば円弧形状などの断面曲線状に形成され、径方向外側へ張り出している。その結果、突起部12の根元部分70には、側壁部14の外周面71が断面曲線状に形成された拡大部74が設けられている。
Claims (2)
- ベースプレート部と、前記ベースプレート部の表面に対して厚み方向に突起するように前記ベースプレート部と一体成形された突起部とを有する、磁性材料製のステータコアと、
前記突起部の周囲に設けられるコイルと、
前記コイルを介在させて前記ベースプレート部の前記表面と対向するように配置されるロータとを備え、
前記ロータが前記突起部と重なる面積が、前記ステータコアに対する前記ロータの相対的な回転角度の変化に応じて変化する、磁気レゾルバであって、
前記ステータコアには、前記ベースプレート部および前記突起部を前記厚み方向に貫通する貫通孔が形成されている、磁気レゾルバ。 - 前記突起部の根元部分に、外周面が断面曲線状に形成された拡大部が設けられている、請求項1に記載の磁気レゾルバ。
