Description
図1は内視鏡用高周波処置具の先端部分の側面断面図、図2は平面図であり、例えば四フッ化エチレン樹脂チューブ等からなる電気絶縁性の可撓性シース1の先端付近の側面部に高周波電極2が外面に露出して配置され、可撓性シース1内に挿通配置された導電線3が高周波電極2に導通接続されている。

Claims (1)
- 電気絶縁性の可撓性シース内に、金属製の撚り線からなる導電線が基端側から軸線周りに回転操作されるように挿通配置されて、上記撚り線を形成する複数の素線の中の一部の素線が、上記可撓性シースの先端部分において上記撚り線から延出されて高周波電極として用いられ、
上記高周波電極が上記可撓性シースの先端付近の側面部の外面に露出して配置されると共に、上記可撓性シースがその先端近傍であって上記高周波電極より基端寄りの位置において先側シースと基側シースとに分割され、その分割部において上記先側シースと上記基側シースとが軸線周りに相対的に回転自在に接続されて、上記基側シースの基端側から上記導電線を軸線周りに回転させることにより上記先側シースが上記基側シースに対して軸線周りに回転するように構成された内視鏡用高周波処置具であって、
上記撚り線から延出して上記高周波電極を形成する上記素線の先端部分が、上記先側シースの側面に形成された透孔から上記先側シース内を通ってその後方の上記基側シース内に引き込まれ、
上記導電線を形成する撚り線の先端部分付近の領域に、上記撚り線が径方向に膨らむのを防止するための被覆チューブが被覆されて、上記基側シース内において、上記素線の先端部分が上記被覆チューブの外周を締め付ける状態に上記被覆チューブに巻き付けられていることを特徴とする内視鏡用高周波処置具。
